I will been told not to pay A Ray of Color if their job was not good. 1. Shoddy showing up whenever they felt like. Spreading a 5 day job to a month. 2. Taking out our blinds and window treatments when it was not mentioned in the contract and then not putting them back. Photo included 3. Taking down other wall hangings and not putting them back. Photos included 4. Doing a shabby work on the kitchen window, Painting done without sanding it down. Paint on the glass. Photos included 5. Doing a bad job on painting the bathroom chair rail. Photos included 6. Sending 100s of invoices with all kinds of numbers. 7. Trying to paint the room with a paint of wrong color and texture when specifically asked to paint it exactly how it was. And then charging me $140 more for the paint. 8. Taking away all the paint including the bedroom paint that I paid for and they did not use. 9. Posting photos they took of our things online. 10. Making racial threats. I will be calling true professionals to fix the problems that they created. A Ray of Color will be paying for those expenses. Had to open a police report.
