little problem - after able to use key for door lock, another key wouldn't work in bolt lock. Able to fix ourselves later

I wasn't there, but my husband was, and it went fine. Door works, we can get in the house now, and the man really did get to our house pretty quickly. I had to re-emphasize that we couldn't get in the house and that we NEEDED someone there soon, but that was the worst part of the process and it wasn't even bad.

Excellent customer service from initial call to the on time appointment. Tech was very professional, took time to understand the need and even noticed a couple of items, and corrected, that could have become a bigger issue down the road when not prepared for. Will use A-AAA Locksmith service again as needed! Very pleased.

"Hi Mr. [Member Name Removed], My name is Milt with A-AAA Locksmiths and I appreciated the conversation with your wife at your home on the afternoon of 1/10 confirming that this job was not with our company. She described the tech as very young, working out of his car and needing to take the locks to some "shop" to complete them. We have only 2 techs, 1 in his mid 30s and 1 in his mid 60s, and both drive vans that are equipped as shops on wheels with the necessary equipment on board to complete your job on site. Also, per your statement of cost for the scope of work performed, our price would have been less than half what he charged. This makes your statement true about "buying new locks in hindsight". I regret there are those in my industry operating this way but it is sadly true. In the future, please feel free to choose someone with a high rating with Angie's List or the BBB for they publish the truth both good and bad. Finally, I will be happy to do the next rekey at your address free of charge if you will contact me directly at 260-490-5625. Thank you."

They were pretty expensive. They were here when they were supposed to be. I probably wouldn't use them again in the future because of the price.

We needed additional security installed at our home. After presenting to A-AAA Locksmiths our initial thoughts on what we wanted to accomplish, they came back with a few alternatives for us to consider. Once we agreed on the approach, we received a firm estimate for the work, which we accepted. Work was done on schedule, and went smoothly. We are very satisfied with A-AAA Locksmiths.

He had to do a little bit more as the door was slightly warped. He took care of it very well; he pointed it out and said he could do that job. I was very pleased with him. He went over and beyond. He was polite, thorough, very neat and tidy, and very personable. He is a top grade businessman.

The price was very reasonable. They came out after hours, they didn't charge me after hours pricing. They just took care of me. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. They were wonderful.
