My dryer is an older model, so Mark doesn't stock the motor for my dryer. He went ahead and ordered the motor in advance so he would have it on hand when he came out -- and so i wouldn't have to wait to get the dryer repaired while the part was ordered. Then, he gave me an estimate of the charges and we arranged a time for the appointment. A little while later, he called back to say he got a better price on the motor than he expected, and passed the savings on to me!
Mark arrived at the appointed time and quickly completed the repairs. It turned out the motor had failed on the dryer, just as he had thought. While he had the dryer apart, he checked everything else out. He told me on the phone that it might also be necessary to replace the blower and belt. However, he reported those parts were in good condition and did not need to be replaced. When he was finished, he cleaned everything up and was on his way.
This was a fantastic experience. Mark was prompt and professional and proved himself to be an honest businessman. He took the risk of ordering the motor in advance so there would not be a delay in getting the dryer repaired. The repair was completed in less time than I anticipated and the dryer is now working like a dream! If you need any appliance repaired, Mark is your man! It's nice to know there are still reputable businesses around that truly are focused on providing excellent customer service!
"Sorry you didn't like our pricing you were able to buy the part cheaper than my cost on the part which we normally get better pricing than anyone else I won't scan the web for best pricing because you never know what your going to get in quality of part and shipping cost s and warranty by the way we were also going to put the part on the door for you sorry my employee might have been short with you but you did know our price and you should have searched for you own pricing before ordering which costs me money to return the part this is why we normally get paid for parts before we order I will make sure we. enforce that policy better. It went terribly We were nervous about installing our (expensive) front loader after moving here. The service guy was called but apparently didn't balance the front legs, just the back, and so my giant machine wobbled across the basement and stopped working, leaving me a huge pile of wet clothes in the process. When I called, the guy was totally unsympathetic and said "it was working when I left," or something like that. He had started a cycle, but it only got out of control when it hit spin. Anyway, he wasn't going to come fix it, so I told him that was terrible customer service, and he hung up on me. Classy! At any rate, turns out it wasn't even a complicated thing to do. We got it fixed easily, but that was $80 down the drain. I would NEVER call this place again.
The guy that came to fix the fridge that came was friendly,early and he was here for amount of 10 to 20 minutes.
