5/3 Bank-Dupont Crossing

Description of Work: We got a mortgage though 5/3 in Oct and to do so had to set up a checking account so the payment could be automatcally deducted from it each month.....not thrilled about that but it is common. SO we talked to someone to set up the account and gave her all sorts of information over the phone because they seemed to be in a hurry to get the account set up and we could't make it in right away. Spent about a half hour on the phone giving info and was told all we would have to do is stop in to sign a couple things and it would be all set up. When we went in to sign the paperwork, just about everything was wrong so we had to spend another half hour getting it all straightened out. Everything was fine so it seemed until right before Christmas we got calls saying the accoutn was overdrawn, well it was overdrawn because they had been charging a $15 monthly fee each month that noone mentioned. If you have a loan this fee is supposed to be waived, it wasn't. They told my husband that since both our names are on the checking account but only his is on the mortgage he had to come in a sign something about how information is or isn't shared with me. They would then reverse the fees. At this time, his middle inital was still wrong ad they were asked to change it. He went in and signed the paper, fees were reversed. January came and the fee was charged again. I called the customer service number and was told that we BOTH had to go in together and sign something and they should have told us that the month prior. So more wasting of our time. We went in again, and I was told that I didn't have to sign anything and that they had his signature so there shouldn't have been the fee again....well we knew that but they still charged it. So she had him sign it again and promised that was the end of it....oh and we asked AGAIN for them to change his middle inital to the right one. So, we will see what Feb brings...
