I had actually two different experiences there. The most recently was the haircut then I also had brow accentuate done. The haircut which was done last week, I was very pleased with it. In fact, I'd be going back to see her. She did everything I asked her to and she was very helpful. She cut it pretty much the way I wanted it to be cut and she explained things to me, gave me tips on how to style my hair and also actually gave me a good finish style. For whatever reason, the last few hairdressers I went to didn't really do that. They kind of did it the way they wanted to and just didn't let me finish if I liked it. It's a little high but I'd rather pay a little more than the average because in this part of the country, things tend to be a little cheaper than that but she did such a good job I don't mind paying more. I got what I paid for instead paying less and getting a crappy haircut. I got in the very next day that I called.

Both my visits were with the same clinician. I asked for her on the second visit because I liked what she had done on my first visit. she was friendly, experienced, and professional. We also spent the entire visit talking, which made me feel like I was visiting an old friend. This pedicure is pretty typical. I felt that the cleanliness level was everything I expected. The appointment time was on schedule from start to finish, even a little quicker than scheduled. The craftsmanship of the polish job was superb. Having a professional pedicure is a treat, but when I have my next one, I will schedule with 5 Elements.

It is very clean and neat. The receptionist is very friendly and offers drinks while you wait. They have big comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait. The hair cut was very good. The barber was very neat, tidy, professional, and has been doing it for twenty years.
