Heating and Air Conditioning Service
We called for an appointment and Mr. Sokeland set one up for the next day. He arrived on time and inspected the unit. It needed a part that cost approximately $200. to install. The $50. service charge would have been applied to the cost, but we chose not to have it repaired. He was courteous, efficient, informative, professional.
We have done business with them since December 2006. At that time they installed a new furnace in one of our rental properties for $1,725.00. Every business experience has more than satisfactory in every aspect.
