Steve Lindsey contacted me on the same day that  I requested a home valuation using a popular home search engine on the Web. Throughout the process of valuation, listing, and showing our home, he was very responsive to all communication whether by e-mail, phone call, or text messaging. Steve is very tech savvy, so we enjoyed having someone who could navigate every possible marketing opportunity, even social media. He brought in a designer to give us advice on preparing our home for showing, hired a professional photographer, and even created an exclusive website for our home with its own domain name. When it came down to the wire, the day before showing, Steve even jumped in to lend us a hand moving some of our things to storage, because we were delayed from bad weather. Our house was immaculate and showed very well, we had at least 5 potential buyers schedule a showing on the first day. Steve Lindsey did such a great job that WE ACCEPTED AN OFFER THE VERY FIRST DAY. We got a very strong offer very close to our asking price. We like Steve so much, we have asked him to be our realtor to find our new home in the country. If you need to sell a home, I cannot recommend Steve Lindsey enough. He has become a true friend, not just a realtor.
