She always returns my calls appropriately, either she or her staff. Her appointments are fairly easy to get.

Be prepared to be on hold for a very long time when you call this office, regardless of your reason for calling. My husband actually sees another doctor in this practice, and we always have to wait on hold forever. And Dr Minrath's practice of reviewing someone's name, address and insurance info, and then deciding whether to take him/her as a patient, is ridiculous. I almost feel as though I've been discriminated against.

My insurance covers all the cost. I have been using her services for the last two years now. I like that she listens to what you are saying and she takes her time with you. She is good at diagnosing and treating. She will do what ever it takes to find the answers you need. She is very knowledgeable.
