The floor was done on time they were very friendly not until they installed the reducers did it twice and it is not done properly very unprofessional. I contacted the owner and got very negative response. UPDATED COMMENT 7-27-2020, there was no reason for him to make a story up, I was not complaining about the floor, I was complaining about the reducers which were not done properly. The co-worker called me and told me he was looking for proper glue back in March. I do not know where he spent a 100.00's of dollars because I bought all material.

"Communication and job was very difficult as on arrival they had no materials and purchased flooring for entire house a couple rooms at a time. Had to put in floors as they were moving in. Returned her call immediately and had to wait 3 months for her to respond. Part of repair was due to reducers need to be screwed into floor and they did not want us screwing into concrete. Part of repair was fixing bad areas where customer removed tape improperly and ripped reducer. I still paid hundreds to fix all even those not caused by us. Also looked as if someone else had tried to repair before our arrival. Felt we did all we could. 1st floor complaint in 40 years. Did not make story up and I bought all new Thresholds for June visit. I have the receipts. I have no idea what she is talking about.."

R&S Decorating did a fantastic job with our interior painting. We closed on our house and they were there the same day to begin the work. They completed trim and all walls in one week. It looks like a completely different place now. I am so happy with the results! Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very detailed with the work they do. They are reasonable with the cost as well. I highly recommend them and would hire them in the future for other home projects.

They were very helpful and responsive to any changes that we made. They also did a pretty thorough walk-through after they were done. We had a few scheduling conflicts, but it all worked out fine.

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Was very dependable and right on time with phone calls and with showing up for the job. Friendly while being professional; a really nice experience. Would definitely use him again, and would certainly recommend him to anyone.

What makes the exceptional is that they are the complete package. They have business savvy, the customer service is good. The quality of their work is great. He is proficient in a wide variety of projects. He has handled and managed several projects for me and works well in both residential and commercial. He is head and shoulders above the rest. He is always competitve or lower then everyone else on how he bids on prices.
