William Elliott Construction

My experience with William Elliott Construction went very well. They did a good job. They cleaned up and everything was very good. Everything was done. They were efficient people. We had no complaints whatsoever. If we had to refer somebody as far as what they do, I would definitely refer them again.

We had a lot more questions than actual solid plans. He helped us identify what we could do. They were real good. We would definitely reconsider them.

I can not say enough good things about our experiences with this company, they really do great work and treat our home with the utmost care and respect. We would definitely use them again and have already told some friends about them. 
From the time that we first contacted Bryan about our two projects, he was very helpful in making sure that both of our rooms were going to be done the way that we wanted. He was great about helping us match the look of the cabinets in the rest of our house and making sure that the choices that we made were going to make our rooms as functional and beautiful as possible.
Bryan introduced us to Roger who was our contractor and made sure that we were comfortable with him and his work. At several points through the process, we were impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to the smallest details. It was nice to know that we were in good hands and that the mess and inconvenience were truly kept to a minimum through the renovation of both rooms. We were excited to see the progress each day and see how the ideas that we talked about were being implemented. We have had several family and friends tell us that they love these two rooms and as mentioned earlier, we are already recommending this company to our friends.

We had a complete remodel to our 1920s kitchen that was in pretty rough shape. We met Bill when he came to the house with Catherine, the owner of Anderson Amish Cabinets, who we chose to custom make our cabinets. When we discussed the vision of the kitchen, Bill actively listened and incorporated our thoughts with his experiences and ideas for our kitchen. From the beginning, we agreed that no work would begin until the materials had arrived, reducing the amount of time we would be without a kitchen. We appreciated that immensely. Each day that activity was occurring in our house, Bill was there making sure everything was on schedule and to his specifications Bill coordinated all activities and scheduled everything from demolition to windows to cabinets to granite to backsplash to electricity to plumbing. Every person who worked on our kitchen was friendly and respectful--we would welcome them back anytime! All went very smoothly, with a couple of minor issues. However, when the issues occurred, Bill was right there correcting any issues or giving us options when our old house was not cooperating. How he responded in the face of an issue spoke volumes to his credibility and character. The total time for completion was about 3 weeks, which was much faster than most kitchen renovations. We now have a beautiful kitchen, but it wouldn't be so enjoyable if we hadn't had such a wonderful experience with Bill and his crew.

We were out of town when the broken water pipe was discovered -- they were on the spot within two hours of being contacted to begin damage control -- drying fans, etc. They took charge -- worked directly with our insurance company -- kept us advised --while the project was accomplished -- which did take several weeks due to the extent of the damage. -- their own people were very professional -- and all sub contractors were well qualified.

WORKING WITH THE OWNER MAKES THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS WONDERFUL. HE IS HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE, AND NEVER LEAVES A DETAIL OUT.VERY THROUGH IN WORK AND IN CLEAN UP AND FIX UP.
