It went great. The above tells the story. Doug was never condescending about our lack of computer skills. He educated us as we went along. We would recommend him without reservation.

After a hard drive failure I took my PC to a shop that had perfomed good service for me in the past. After keeping my PC for a month, they replaced my hard drive and transfered about 5% of my data to the new drive. I then took my defective hard drive to Doug, where he transfered ALL my data to an external hard drive in a single day.

Everything was always explained and if needed, demonstrated.

Everything went well. He was very prompt in answering my call. He did an initial assessment, and gave me a ballpark estimate of what the cost might be. He took my computer for the weekend and returned it Monday morning. He did some additional work for free because he wasn't able to return it when he initially said he would. He was very easy to work with. He was very personable, and he was very clear in his assessment. He is now my computer guy!

The work has been excellent. I would definitely use them again.

He's excellent. I have used him for a number of years. He's always on time, has a big smile, and knows his ways around the computer. He's as honest as the day is long. He's just great to be around and he's a nice guy. He comes within about a moment's notice. I would recommend him.

It's been a wonderful experience working with Doug. If he can't do it at your house, he will take the computer with him and fix the problem himself. If he has to wipe everything out, he will reinstall all of the programs back on it. He's prompt and he's a very pleasant person to work with. My laptop crashed while I was in the process of scanning some old pictures for my Mother's Memorial. Panic time! Worked with Doug White at another company and knew how brilliant he was with computers and knew he had a side business then. Was thrilled when I went on Angie's List and found him here. Called him immediately. He revived my laptop, saved my precious pictures, upgraded me from Vista to Windows 7 (upgrade came with laptop, just hadn't been brave enough to do it myself), took one of my other laptops and made it print something besides the gobbledy-g*** it had been spewing, and then I gave him my desktop to check out too! I think he's great and would definitely call him again. In fact, my laptop is now making these clicking noises.....bad hard drive? Doug?????
