Their price was comparable. They have creative ideas. They're responsive to questions or inquiries. Most of them were good. There's always a few that wasn't quite up to par but overall I would say they were good.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and even re did some of what they did that I wasn't sure of so that I was satisfied at no extra cost.

We've had a better design from somebody else but they were fine. I would consider using them again.

I would recommend their artistic capabilities.

Vive designed a paved stone patio in the back of the house with a boulder-retaining wall. In the front, all new landscaping beds and a new stone sidewalk to match an existing sidewalk. Work included an irrigation system and accent lighting.. The design is excellent. We are very pleased. After the first season, a couple of plants died. I called Vive to inquire about replacing under warranty. Vive never followed up. I ended up replacing myself. Another consideration... I had asked for an irrigation system to be included. Vive would not include it with their services, but rather recommended an irrigation company, which I contracted with separately. I then had to coordinate the construction work between Vive and the irrigation company to make sure each new what the other was doing. My preference would have been to had the landscaping and irrigation work done under one contract.

They're all right. I just wasn't really thrilled with them and I probably won't use them again. Things were not clearly explained when they did the services mainly price. They were supposed to do a few other services and they didn't do them so it's very sad.

He is very good. They are very creative. We highly recommend them.

They were great and we had no problems whatsoever. The patio is still in good shape one year later.

Ryan provide a quality CAD drawing of paver patio extension, although we had our drive-way contractor perform the work as part of their improvement.
Ryan provide a quote on requested landscaping products and services. He was prompt for our initial on-site request for quote and responsive in the quote and service-scheduling process. Vive was competitive with other vendors in bed clean-up, mulch, trees, and tree planting.
Team arrived on-site on scheduled day and completed work. Recalled Ryan when one of the three new trees was planted with a 'lean'. Ryan promptly arranged to have team revisit our home, and replant the tree in question. We were only disappointed when we found, when planting small garden flowers afterwards, that mulch had been installed over existing thistle infestation in beds. Self-treated after not hearing back from Ryan on request to treat the thistle problem.

Vive ran a promotion for a fall yard clean up for $99. I talked to the owner Ryan and asked if gutter cleaning would be included in the special. He said no it wasn't, and I understood there would be a slight charge for doing that. His crew showed up and raked the leaves and debris out of the yard, and then left. The problem was they left they never took any of the leaves . Instead they piled them up in the street in front of our house, and left them. After almost two weeks I called Ryan to see when they would be coming back since the wind had started to blow the leaves around, I also pointed out that they didn't clean the gutters as I requested the first time. He said he had no idea they weren't done, and would have a crew come by some time in the next week. Finally his crew returned later that week, and after a couple hours completed the job.

Later I received a bill for $497. When I inquired why there was such a difference in price, his response was that the extra charge was because they had 2 additional trips to come back and get all of the leaves and debris cleaned up in the yard. The $99 special was for 2 guys 4 hours. I'm not sure how this job could have been considered such a huge job since I only have two (2) trees that shed leaves in my yard. We are building and addition on our home this next year, and will definitely be using a another contractor for that future project.

I had a lot of debris, the yard was a mess and they took care of it. They were very personable, quick workers and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for other landscaping projects.

I worked closely with Ryan and his crew to paint an addition to a home and deck. His crew was easy to work with, they were always one step ahead of us so there were no issues with scheduling. The prep work that his crew performed made the job much easier for us as we came in behind them to finish the job. The design and quality of workmanship of this job has allowed me to recommend Vive to my clients looking for referrals on exteriors projects.

They did high quality work, but had a pretty poor project management. The job went overdue by many months. I would suggest anyone using this company to sign a contract only after they see a timeline in writing.

It was very good. The quality of their design was great. I loved it. Their installation was good and they were flexible. It took a long time to get started from the date we signed the contract to the starting date.

They were very good. They gave a good design and were fairly easy to deal with. They were a little behind schedule but overall they weren't too bad. The payment schedule was good. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but they had the best design. I would recommend the in anyone and would use them in the future.

They were good but I'm not a builder and they did exactly what was promised. I did understand what they were doing and they were quick and very professional.

The landscaping and installation of our water feature went very smoothly. The Vive crew was nice and polite. Their services were completed in two days with little interruption to our office which remained open during their services.

John Beam says he will be out to correct the building code violations but he hasn't been so far.
