VALVOLINE INSTANT OIL CHANGE

Changing the oil itself was about $80 but they upsold me on the filters and stuff like that. I use synthetic oil.

Oil Change. Pulled up and they got started right away. Took about 25 minutes and didn't have to get out of the car.

The oil change went even better than normal. The guys who work at this Valvoline take a lot of pride in being the best. They are informative without being pushy about a sale. They got the oil change done in 10 minutes, which is why I go to them. They are not the cheapest option, but if you want the oil change done while you wait (sometimes while you wait in your car), then this is the way to go. If you want to wait in a room for a couple hours while you read the latest copy of People magazine, and you want to get the cheapest job available, then this is not the place for you. My time is very valuable to me, so I choose Valvoline, and this Valvoline is the best I've been to.

I've taken my car to this Valvoline multiple times and they never disappoint.  They always get my car in and out very quickly and they look for ways to save me money.  The biggest reason I like them is that they are very convenient.  They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.  I'd rather pay a bit more and be able to get the job done quickly than go to a cheap place and wait for a few hours.

It went well. They were very quick. Another place nearby needed 2 hours to do the job. The other place was charging less, but I didn't have patience to wait so I called this Valvoline and they told me to get on over there because they weren't too busy. They did a great job and they recommended I change my air filter, so I did. It was a good experience and very quick. They usually have a coupon on their website, so I used that. They honored it off of my phone. I will use them again for my next oil change. They are more expensive than the lower quality shops, but you get what you pay for.

I went in for an oil change. They were very quick to get me in and get started. The process lasted around 15-20 minutes. Besides changing the oil, they performed an inspection of certain things under the hood. They graciously reported that I had a transmission fluid leak and should have it looked at some time to determine the significance. They refilled my washer fluid and put air in the tire that was a little low. Overall I had a very good experience with them and will definitely go back.

Changed oil and air filter. The price was high but to be fair, the work was done on a Sunday (date is approriximate but I remember having it done on a Sunday) as I work two full time jobs and don't have much time during business hours of weekdays.

I'd practically never have to do anything with my car. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything from them.

Tired of getting air filters sold to me. They need to learn how to push the dipstick in all the way to check the oil level. This farm boy ain't falling for their house wife upsell tricks. You lost my business.

They changed the oil promptly and the car is working great. We have used them before and they have good quality at a good price.

I had never taken my car here before, so I wasn't quiet sure what to expect. The guys that took care of my car were very helpful and didn't mind all my pestering questions that I had. They even hooked a computer up to my car to find out why my check engine light when I asked them if they would know. They informed me that I also had a small leak form the drip pan for my oil (or something along those lines) and informed me that instead of going to get it fixed to check with my regular mechanic that it could be something that doesn't need to be fixed right away. The only thing that I regret is having them change my air filter, I watched them put it in and it was so easy I could have done it (next time I will do it myself) but it needed to be done. Overall I was very impressed with the speedy service and the informative staff. I'll take my oil there to get it changed again. I even received a $5 family discount because my parents had taken their car in the day before for service.

GOOD SERVICE. THE TECHNICIANS WERE HELPFUL. AT THE TIME, THEY HAD A LONG LINE AND ONE OF THE TECHNICIANS CAME OUT TO LET ME KNOW THE APPROXIMATE WAITING TIME.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE. I JUST MOVED TO THE AREA AND THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE HERE.

NICE AND COURTEOUS PEOPLE.

DIDNT REALLY CHECK ALL THE FLUID LEVELS. SIMPLY RAISED THE HOOD AND GLANCED AT THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THEY NEVER CHECKED ANY DEVICES OR HOOKED UP ANY MONITORS. TRIED TO SELL VARIOUS ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS. THEY LOOKED AT THE OVERFLOW TANK AND SAID THERE WAS NO ANTIFREEZE BUT THEY DIDNT LOOK IN THE RADIATOR. THEY ALSO SAID THEY DONT CHECK BRAKE FLUID WHEN THE CONTRACT MAKES NO SUCH CLAIMS. THE BILL ALSO CLAIMS THAT THEY REFILLED THE WASHER FLUID BUT THEY DID NOT. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY VALVOLINE. THEY DIDNT DO A FULL SERVICE JOB.
