They were efficient, on time, polite and they provided me an estimate but they charged me for lower price. The estimate was for 4-5 hours but they only did the service within 3 hours

Fishers IN THIEVES. My ex who hired them just mentioned today she forgot to personally pack and move the stuff from her jewelry drawer and they 'moved' it with her other stuff to the new house a little over a year ago. Poof. Everything gone. Disappeared. Just the jewelry. The company and Fishers Police Dept did zero after filing a report. I'm just mad so I'M writing a bad review because I bought most of that SH*T they stole.

The beginning of my experience with Two Men and a Truck as the booking portion was handled professionally and the customer service was fantastic. The day of the move was a terrible experience. The four movers were some of the least professional and immature people I have ever dealt with. I actually received a noise complaint from my apartment complex because they were running down the hallway laughing and one of them was listening to music loudly on his phone. It was clear that they believed as long as they wrapped and padded everything that was all they needed to do to care for items. I watched them continuously bang my couch and recliner into walls and counters on the way out of my apartment. They broke a leg off of my dresser and nonchalantly asked if I wanted them to file a damage report; clearly they did not want me to and they were disappointed that I asked to as if I was responsible for them getting in trouble. I hoped they would be at least a little less careless at my new home but they were not. After I had given them the rundown of where things would go in the house, one of the movers just sat down in the truck and the others stood and talked to him, disappointing because I was paying by the hour. They did not wear masks or ask if I would like them to wear masks when we got to my home. They padded the entrance and then proceeded to ram everything through the door again, laughing as they banged into the door and wall. At one point when carrying an entertainment center upstairs they banged it into the banister and the mover laughed and said “oh man the other day when we were moving that lady we were banging into everything and we put so many holes in her wall, it was crazy”, in a bragging manner. They then broke two other legs on my dresser, a note they failed to add to the damage report I filed. At one point one of the movers just sat on my couch in the living room. It was an overwhelming experience to watch them behave without care in a house I had worked so hard to finally acquire. It’s upsetting thinking about it still over a week later. Moving is an already stressful situation and I made the decision to hire professionals to ease some of the stress, unfortunately that was not delivered by this company. Over a week after the move I finally received info about the damage report, $175 for a destroyed dresser and $150 for drywall damage. Damage aside, the amount of money that I paid to have five pieces of furniture moved, one of them now being unusable, is insane considering the behavior of the crew. Had we had a crew that exhibited at least some semblance of caring about my items and my home, this all would have been different. When I expressed my disappointment in the value of service I received and stated I would appreciate an additional partial refund, it was not addressed. I was told the check would be mailed and they would discuss the issues with the crew. After reading some other reviews on here I am sure I will be chastised for leaving a negative review, but this entire experience has left me feeling frustrated and defeated. I really hope this company cares more about their customers than the service and response that I was given.

The team that came to the house did a great job. They were one person short and so the move took longer than anticipated however midway during the move, they were able to add another person and things went faster from there. They adjust the cost to reflect that they started out with only two people. The movers were extremely polite and took excellent care of my items. I used another moving company for the second part of my move because my realtor recommended them and the other company was not good. I wish that I would have used Two Men and a Truck again.

We just had them move the big furniture. They were very fast to return calls and give us an estimate. They were on time to start the move and the 3 guys were very friendly and professional. They moved us faster than their estimate so we were very happy about that. The only slight negative was that a couple of times one person moved a piece of furniture by himself that probably should have had 2 guys on it. We had a couple of slight dings to furniture.

Went very well. Called to let us know when they would arrive, worked quickly but carefully and loaded everything in the self storage with room to spare (but we can still get to items if needed.

The company's phone system stinks. It is necessary to either sit on hold for A LONG TIME or leave a message and hope they call you back. Once you get hold of someone, they are very nice and helpful. it was necessary to move our date up one week, and they were very accommodating with that. On moving day, there were 3 movers, one of whom had a very sour attitude, as it he really didn't want to be there. There were several items damaged: the tops of 2 chests (one of which is not repairable), the stairway banister, and the top of the coffee table (scratch). Lots more damaged than I expected. I would not recommend them to anyone else, and I would not use them again if I move.

Moving is difficult and stressful. Consumers need to trust who is moving them. You will want to make sure the company has integrity and stands behind their service. Make sure the company has professionals available to answer questions or concerns before, during or after your move. If these issues are important to you, I would recommend hiring Two men and a Truck.

Shawn, who answered the phone, was extremely helpful. Quoted me a fair price and suggested that if I could do it the next day he would give me a discount since they had a 2 hour window and were in the area. This made them very reasonable. When I finally decided what I was doing, I had to leave them a message. Shawn called me early the next morning before his guys left to see if i wanted to do this.Great follow up!

Terrible experience. Broke and damaged numerous items. Lost numerous items - never found. Repaired some of the damaged items. While paid us $1,157.78 for broken and lost items, would not pay for items inside boxes we packed (we've moved five times, so we know how to pack). Refused to pay for items discovered after 96 hours of the move. We had over 200 boxes - not possible to do. Also, not liable for mechanical items (didn't pay for lawn mower they broke).
They clearly did not take good care of our belongings. Worst move we have ever done.

The movers were very professional and punctual. They only needed to move big furniture so everything went pretty quickly. They did, however, take the time to cover and plastic-wrap all big items so the furniture would not get nicked or dirty during the move. They were also very good about figuring out how to maneuver some large furniture through a small hallway and other tight spots without causing any damage to the walls. They were also very accommodating by agreeing to drop off a dresser that was no longer wanted to a Goodwill store on the way to our new location. At the new house, they placed all furniture exactly where we wanted and assembled a bed for us. Overall, a very good job and no wasted time!
