She missed the first appointment and did not call.

He looked at the van and said carpet cleaning was extra. The groupon said an extra fee was for pet hairs. I do not have any pets. He was rude.

First, let me say the man was rude as soon as I arrived. I mentioned that I almost didn't find it because it didn't look like a car detail shop (it's actually in a storage unit) and he snidely remarked "what's a car detailing shop supposed to look like". Then he looked at my SUV and said it had not been maintained and that it looked like the seats and carpet would need shampoo which was not included in the Groupon offer I had purchased for $169. Shampooing was an extra $60. Then he proceeded to tell me that Groupon gets most of the money and they get very little. I had cleaned out and swept my SUV prior to going there and while the interior needed shampoo they were by no means nasty. Just normal wear. To be fair the Groupon says interior will be cleaned and extraction extra if necessary but it should just say interior will be vacuumed. I dropped off at 9 am and was told it would be done in about 5 or 6 hours. I arrived at 3 and the same guy said the car was so dirty there was no way it could be done in 6 hours and they were just now shampooing interior. Finally at 545 it was done. The outside looked ok and the interior was better but not worth the $220. The windshield was still dirty and according to the Groupon headliner will be spot cleaned. It had not been touched. Interior door jambs were still dirty and cup holders still had residue. I see "A" ratings on here so I don't know why I was treated so rudely. Maybe he was just having a bad day. I can only assume if you are paying full price your vehicle gets the works but if you are using a Groupon you get sub par service especially after him stating they make very little off the Groupon. If that's the case they should get off Groupon so people like myself don't waste their money.

I purchased a Groupon for interior van detailing for $90. I sent 2 emails and two phone calls. They were not returning my emails or calls. I was wanting to schedule the detailing. Finally, over 2 days later, they called and asked me to request a refund from Groupon. Fortunately I was able to get the refund (Groupon gives purchasers only 72 hours to request a refund). I can only assume that Triple R Detailing did not want to honor my purchase since it was a special low price. I'm highly dissatisfied and will never go there for auto detailing.

I got my car back and it looked as good as new. The owner took before and after pictures showing me the work they completed and there was a huge difference. Triple R Detailing was quick and efficient and I highly recommend them. Thank you all again for making my car look so clean!

Mr. Coleman and the Triple R Detailing crew are the best in Indiana at detailing. They do it all. Waxing, buffing, detail inside and out is very thorough. I enjoy my vehicles looking like they are in tip top shape. I won’t let anyone else touch my vehicles. They come to you, are always punctual about time, price is proper, work ethic is resilient. They bring vehicles back to life! Good work speaks for itself. I recommend Triple R Detailing to anyone who needs their cars detailed without a doubt. Overall very well. Detailed engine and looks like new. Same as outside as inside. And convenience of coming to my home and doing it there is wonderful. Only 2 issues - 1) They forgot to put the convertible top down to detail the deck hood that shows when the top is down; and, 2) whatever they used to detail the steering wheel and column apparently got into my horn contact in the steering wheel and the horn quite working. Took it to get it fixed from a local garage and fortunately it worked when they tested it so it didn't have to be fixed and its now working again. Must have needed to dry out apparently. Wrote them about these 2 issues and unfortunately never heard back from them. These were the only 2 disappointing aspects of what was otherwise an excellent service and detail.

Ramon sure put a fixin on that stain, it is gone thanks to him. They arrived on time and were very professional. My car smelled so fresh after they were done with it.

Straight to the point: I’m a first time customer- amazing experience - and wonderful results! Every inch of my car was touched and shined to perfection. Due to grandbabies and a puppy my car endures a lot of wear and tear and dirt. Unfortunately after we take my puppy on walks he rides in he car after walking through whatever. My car was a disaster. I finally reached out to Triple R Detailing because I needed my car cleaned ASAP as I was relocating with work. They responded promptly. I wanted them that my car was terrible. But about 2 1/2 hours later they had my car looking as clean as it was on the show room floor. All the stains were gone. The services are fair priced and the customer service is impeccable. I’m so glad I found them! I’ll be sure to contact them for any other detailing needs

They did a wonderful job. They removed stains out of carpets. Washed & waxed cars, looks brand new. Very pleased with services. Will use again & recommend

They made my vehicles look better than new and went above and beyond my expectations. They cleaned every inch of my SUVs including the engines thoroughly. The wax they use is incredible because rain runs right off my vehicles so they stay looking freshly washed. I would never get my car detailed anywhere else!
