The product and service provided were completed. The trees are great and the moving of the trees went fine. Interacting with Casey the owner is another thing. He is the worst person I have ever hired to perform work for me in the 40+ years I have lived in Indianapolis. VERY undependable and unable to live up to his promises and commitments. I have been chasing this man down for a month trying to get 1 more tree planted in my yard. There has been a long string of excuses and no shows and I'm pretty confident he isn't truthful. He asked that I pay in advance twice for his services (red flag for me) and I did NOT pay. Do not pay in advance it's your only leverage. I have interacted with this man for 3.5 weeks and have been "'promised" countless times that he will be here to finish the project "tomorrow-first thing". TOTAL BS. The quality of the trees he provides is nice but, it isn't worth the headaches and BS you have to endure interacting with Casey. If you deal with this man and company you do so at your own peril- you've been warned!
Description of Work: Moved 2 trees to other places in the yard and provided and planted 5 spruce trees
