Tom was first to call me back and was able to set an appointment right away. I needed my 100amp panel replaced right away (main breaker was failing), but also wanted a quote on an option to add a sub-panel (+running another circuit to the front of the garage) to plug in my motor home (50amp outlet). Tom gave me a verbal quote which he stuck to. He also quoted me the cost to add a new circuit (I provided actual RV sub-panel from Home Depot: 50 + 20 amp outlet). He provided required conduit and wire, and junction boxes, along with installing the sub-panel. The new 100amp panel Tom installed for me is nice and big, with plenty of room for future expansion. Throughout the entire process, Tom remained "on-call" for me; quickly and patiently answering my questions. He finished the job well under his projected time and even painstakingly labeled each circuit breaker for me (old breaker box was in a dismal state). Payment: check is preferred, but will accept credit card, adding 5% to cover consequent surcharge. I will look to hire this man again for my home electrical needs. Tom was efficient, professional, punctual, and aggressive in his pricing (aiming low for more business).
