Ranked in the Top 50 Agents in the State of Indiana, Shannon Gilbert, has become an emerging leader in the real estate market. Moving from Boone to Hamilton County in 2010, she quickly fell in love and easily positioned herself into the heart of the community. Raising her girls in Fishers and getting more involved in the area has only fueled her passion in real estate. It is no surprise that since 2015 she has consistently been ranked within the top 3 producing agents in all of Fishers. In 2014, Shannon formed The Gilbert Group to allow her to continue to build relationships with her clients and keep a sharp focus on customer service as her real estate business expanded. Starting small with an office support staff, The Gilbert Group was privileged to bring on Dawna Ridgeway in 2015 and Jamie Ball in 2016. The team stayed small and focused on putting process and systems in place while continuing to gain market share. In 2019 they grew to a total of 6 agents. Shannon took the opportunity to partner w/ Highgarden Real Estate and together they got their own “real estate” in Downtown Fishers. This is a dream come true for Shannon to be able to have her hand in developing stronger agents in the heart of her city. Shannon has a passion for technology and a knack for staying ahead of the curve in the real estate market. She is highly ranked in customer service across all of the main real estate platforms. The sale of our home went very well and sooner than we thought. Our agent Shannon and her team was fantastic through the entire process. Despite a few bumps in the road from a potential buyer Shannon guided us through it. There was a ton of value add with Shannon as she and her team handled the sale And upkeep of our home while we were not in town. Right from our first meeting to the moment when we learned that our home had multiple offers to when we actually sold our house, Shannon was extremely helpful and guided us along expertly every step of the way. We've worked with a few other realtors in the past, and Shannon is by far the best! She was always helpful and patient as we narrowed down just what we were looking for. She didn't push us to go beyond our budget and really worked to find out what our needs and wants were. She is a great negotiator, kept our nerves at bay during the stressful times, and didn't abandon us as soon as the sale was closed. We would recommend Shannon in a heartbeat! Updated 4 years later when we sold our house: My husband and I worked with Shannon to buy a house, and then four years later to sell that same house when we moved out of state. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor each time. Shannon is a go-getter who's not afraid of negotiation for the good of her client. She is very knowledgable of the market and provides sound advice. The team she has built around her is also phenomenal and made the whole process run so smoothly. Wonderful agent...wonderful team!! Sold our house quick the first time and march it by selling our second home in just two days for full price offer. Let's you know what you need to do to sale quick! This is our second time using Shannon and will most likely go right back to her in the future!

Selling and buying a home can be very stressful! This is an understatement. Shannon and her team took the time to get to know our family, this helped her understand our needs. She devoted her time to us during this critical period, found us a beautiful home in the right location and helped us avoid a home that could have been a huge disaster financially. We had an accepted offer on the home that we were selling in only 13 days- this was amazing considering there were no less than 20 other homes for sale in our neighborhood and three with the same layout! Shannon and her team are phenomenal!

This was our first home purchase, and Shannon could not have been more patient or thorough. She displayed her vast knowledge of homes by pointing our things here and there that were good and bad, as well as what was easy to to replace vs. what was more difficult. She did all of this while staying very in-tune with what we were looking for, both budget-wise and style-wise. Incredibly empathetic, punctual, and flexible as well. Cannot recommend enough.

I could see that my home was always near the top for searches. It had 4x the views over the other homes. When dealing with a less-experienced seller's agent on the purchase of our new home, Shannon navigated us through the process as a pro. I would use her again and highly recommend her and her team.

Helped me used my money wisely on what items to repair and what to replace.  We replaced carpet but by Shannon's recommendation kept the cabinets and placed knobs and pulls.  She helped us find replacement appliances on Craigslist, and kept us informed the entire process.  I'm really SHOCKED at how well the process went, especially given the fact that I live 1,000's of miles away. 

Shannon and her team are TOP NOTCH!!!  I would recommend to anyone.
