Rick and his team at Technology Interiors are the best of the best. They turned my home theater dream for this home into reality. We now have a lovely 135” audio-passive screen, LED lighting bordering the screen behind, the “center stage” comprised of 3 in-wall speakers behind the screen, an LS12000 projector, and 7.4.1 calibrated surround sound in our lower level. It’s pretty sweet, I’ve got to tell you. From the first time meeting with Rick until the job’s completion, I never had a doubt that we would end up with a finished product any less than what was expected. Beyond our expectations, Rick and the crew added some great home theater technology in the form of Control4 box which can allow you to remotely control the theater features. I cannot recommend anyone else in the home theater business besides Technology Interiors. Kind, respectful, talented, and darn good people work here. To each of you, and especially Rick and Gabe, we thank you and wish you nothing but continued success and the very best.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, Rick was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and made it very easy to make selections that would be a great fit for our basement. Rick's crew came out and installed our projector, screen, lighting, speakers and additional TVs all in one day. I was worried about how to operate the projector but by the time the crew left I was a professional. I needed to make a change and there were no questions asked, they made the changes for me right away. For everyone who has been in my basement or have seen the pictures I give them a 100% recommendation to use Technology Interiors.

Rick and the crew did an amazing job installing our projector, screen, and lighting. Easy to schedule, communication was great, all installers were friendly and could easily answer any questions that came up. My husband and I were planning for a home theater in our basement, and Technology Interiors was the place that met our needs. Rick Goren who we now call (FAMILY), and his team came and took measurements and gave us a recommendation that would best meet our needs. Rick and his team were very professional and courteous. Rick was also good and making sure we stayed around our budget (AMEN)!!! The team came and made sure they covered everything and put on booties while working in our home. Rick made sure the job was done within the time frame he had projected at the start of the project! You can not go wrong in selecting Technology Interiors to meet your home theater needs. Rick is very professional and will be very patient with you through the hole process from start to finish. Because of a Cease and Desist letter from Technology Interior's (RI) attorney, I am reposting after receiving documented evidence. We hired TI in 2015 for an over $70,000 project for audio/visual/security on a new construction home. TI was paid regularly throughout the process to cover their costs and 100% at the time of completion. After completion we experienced numerous problems revolving mainly around the Elan system they installed. It was constantly not working and needed repairs. When it did work there were times where we would turn on one television and two other televisions would turn on. There were times when we would turn off one television and other televisions would turn on. There were times when we would have audio but no visual or via versus. In addition they installed door sensors that were loose and not properly connected. So on one occassion the alarm went off in the middle of the night. And, the security camera system was constantly not working properly. Of the four cameras they installed, only three still work. One of the cameras soon filled with water shortly after installation and was ruined. Once TI was paid in full it was incredibly difficult to get them to come back to the house to repair. Getting a hold of someone was often times impossible. One week they missed the appointment, rescheduled for the next day and missed it. Rescheduled for a third day and missed it. When they did make repairs we would, again, have issues shortly thereafter. Which again threw us into the cycle of trying to get a hold of them, get them scheduled and hope they showed up. After hiring another audio/visual company 2 years later to work with us on repairing the system, I posted on Nextdoor a negative review about TI. Although it's now my word against his, the owner, Rick Goren, called me at my office yelling and screaming. At one point in the conversation he threatened to come to my office to kick my *** and called my wife a "treasure chest". Again, this is my word against his. But, more recently and after again posting a negative review on Nextdoor, he again called my office screaming and yelling. This time I have witnesses in the office to the conversation as it was on speaker. Among other things he called me a "************" and told me he was going to get me. He then followed that up with the Cease and Desist letter from his counsel. So here are the documented facts regarding repairing what he installed. October 10, 2017 - new AV company finds multiple issues with the setup of the entire network, indadequate equipment used to support Elan system, and sloppy wiring of entire rack. Total cost to install proper equipment, rewire and reorganize rack, and re-work network = $9,000 Problems with system since changing providers is ZERO!

Technology Interiors was very helpful in the design and setup. GJ went above and beyond in staying late to complete the installation.

Again I would like to thank Rick and his team especially Josh for a job well done. This is the second time I hired Technology Interiors. Even though they done an excellent job the first time I sought out other estimates. As before the competition chased Technology Interiors bid. I transitioned from plasma tv to 4K projector which I knew nothing about. Not only did Josh write my estimate he also took the time (lots of time) to explain the technology and demoing the products. The process took several days one evening Josh stayed after closing to work with me. One of the things that impressed me Josh did not attempt to hard sell his main concern that I understood the products and gave options. With Josh’s help removed the apprehension of going with a projector. The team came out on time ran new wiring using existing access points to install projector, additional speakers, and electronics (no new holes). The team worked nonstop with lunch little over two days. As usual the guys were knowledgeable installation professionally done cleaned work area out the door. I love my new home theater. I am happy to say I stayed with a winner Technology Interiors, thanks again Josh!!!!!!

I have used Technology Interiors many times. They always have provided top notch service and products. This time I was looking for a solution to my old speakers and system which were too small for my living room tv. Rick provided me with some excellent speakers and some options for a new AVR. The new speakers made a great deal of difference in being able to understand dialogue during movies/tv with loud background noise. I can finally understand dialogue again and can turn off captioning! Give them a call and tell them what you want done and they will get it done! This is probably the 6th project I have used them for. Rick has also gone out of his way to help me out on occasion too.

I had to get my theater system prewired and installed for my basement. I approached technology interiors for the initial quote and after talking to Rick, i never had to talk to any other company and signed up with them. From my experience i would say Rick is happy-go-lucky guy. I had to make many changes even after signing the contract and he was very flexible to accommodate my changes. In overall, I would highly recommend Rick and Technology interiors for their services in terms of price, quality, professionalism and customer care.

I am more than happy to give my highest recommendation to Rick and his team at Technology Interiors (TI). I recently moved to a new home and had several technology related projects that I wanted finished. I found this company initially through a new acquaintance in my new neighborhood who had an impressive home theater installed. A quick internet search yielded numerous positive reviews as well. I contacted TI through their website and they reached out to me the same day. I briefly described the scope of the work I wanted and had a specialist scheduled to visit with me in my home the very next day. Josh's visit was very productive as he examined the issues in the home and made thorough notes in every room. He described a recommended course of action and explained the costs involved as well as what my expectations should be for the finished product. He provided a detailed estimate the same day and invited me to their showroom to look at some of their products. Upon visiting the showroom and meeting other team members at TI, it was plain to see that they had recruited experts in a variety of fields to include home automation, theater installation, construction, electrical, and many other related fields. I was impressed with the breadth of knowledge and their demonstrated ability to tackle any technological challenge that they may run into. I had previously shopped around for the work I wanted done and they were the most economical choice. I then scheduled to have the work done. They were able to schedule the job less than a week from the day of my request. The CI team arrived at my home 2 minutes earlier than they had announced and immediately went to work. They organized the wiring and carefully labeled all the coax and cat5 cables in my On-Q. They installed a beautiful replacement cabinet that neatly held the organized cables, my modem, wi-fi router and other home automation items. The cabinet is low profile and changed the complexion of the room it is in. They installed an HD antenna and connected it to my home's coax network of cables. They also installed cat5 wired connections from the central cabinet to 4 other rooms. TI also mounted three televisions, connected them to cable and internet and installed HDMI wall plates beneath them. They also optimized my wifi to the point where I have blazing internet in every room of our home. All of this was completed in 1 day. I can't say enough about the courtesy and professionalism of every employee I came in contact with at Technology Interiors. The workmanship was absolutely superb. They showed great respect for my home and I truly felt they treated it as if it was their own. From the initial meeting through the installation, they constantly consulted with me to ensure everything looked and operated the way I wanted it too. On more than one occasion, they completely revamped their gameplan to comply with a request from me. Their detailed estimate allowed me to easily shop around for the services and hardware for comparison purposes. They consistently provided value in every facet I researched and it was an easy choice to go with them. Now that I have experienced their workmanship first-hand, I am definitely recommending them to anyone I know that is interested in upgrading their home automation or installing a home theater. I will certainly use their services in the future without hesitation.

Working with Rick and his team over several meetings was a great experience. They are always personable and extremely knowledgeable of current home theater technology available. Top of the line 200" screen and Sony projector makes us feel like we are in a private screening at a favorite theater during first phase of project. I hired Rick and Technology Interiors to install a complete a large project including a complete home technology system in my home. This included the integration an programming of the Elan G system, home security, and a home theatre. It can be overwhelming to understand what is available and what is the best product for what you are trying to accomplish. Rick took the necessary time to understand what I was trying to accomplish and made me feel very confident in his ability to deliver. He did not disappoint. Not only was his pricing significantly lower than the other three providers I was working with, he went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with the end product. The Elan G system is easy to navigate and is reliable and my new theatre is awesome! Equally as impressive is that Rick has a team that can do everything from start to finish. Including drywall repairs and other construction necessary for the project. Most others I talked to relied on other sub contractors to do this work. Based on my experience this means delays and frustrations. I highly recommend Rick and Technolgy Interiors! Thanks for all you did to make my home that much more enjoyable!!

It's not too often that you walk into a company and the owner greets you and offers to visit your residence to help. Rick showed up a couple days after my initial visit and suggested installation options, products that he could offer at a competitive price, and further gave me ideas for a theater room in my unfinished basement. I decided to try the speaker install myself and have one of six speakers installed but may contact Rick and his team to complete if the technical side gets tricky. I have bought equipment from them at their recommendation and they will be my first call when the basement project is ready.

This was the second time we used Rick and his team this year. The first experience went so well with the installation of our whole home system that we decided to use them to upgrade our theater as well. From start to finish, the project went perfectly. We could not be happier with the final result (see attached pictures). Rick was very helpful in the consult beforehand helping us to design the perfect theater for our family while keeping the expense at a reasonable level. We worked with 4 different techs throughout the entire process and they were all very professional and courteous while working in our home to complete the project. We have been thrilled with the result as well as the support anytime we have called with questions about the system or potential upgrades. Good people and an excellent company. We are customers for life.

I felt Rick (owner) did me a great job. I met with him prior to the construction of my home. He gave me great advice on what he thought would work best for me and my basement theater area. Rick was great, he met with the electrical contractor that wired my home and with his help, we were able to prewire for the system. After construction, Rick’s team got the job done within the schedule we planned for. Also, I’m not an easy customer, I wanted some unique features and he was able to deliver exactly what I wanted. As expected, with what I wanted, we had a speed bump or two but Rick’s team worked through them and made the adjustments needed to give me wanted without additional costs.

Very well. Showed up on time, called when they were 2 minutes out and fixed everything in about 2 hours.

Rick is great to work with and can help whether you know exactly what you want or need some help choosing. I finished my basement and contacted Rick as I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do. He came out to look at the space prior to framing and was able to provide some ideas and advice. Since I was finishing the basement myself, I chose to do the wiring and he provided me with the specs to do so. I had Rick's crew hook-up all of the equipment and get everything communicating. We did more of an open concept theater, rather than a confined theater room and it turned out terrific. If you're looking for a home theater or any components, I highly recommend contacting Rick. He's easy to work with and will help you get a quality system at a fair price.

Where to begin - Rick (owner) initially came out to look at our space, give us some ideas and assess what would be involved to make everything work. He also brought an employee who has a background in home building to help assess how wiring could be ran. Rick's enthusiasm was awesome and his eye to a space is incredible. He actually suggested putting our projection screen on an opposite wall which works 1000% better based on the room layout. You can tell he gets excited about the work they do. He makes the experience fun and exciting. We agreed on a screen, projector, full surround system and a Harmony Remote to make it easily controllable. Scheduling was easy and the installation team arrived on time and was professional. It was a very difficult install which they were able to tackle and complete to make everything look and sound spectacular. I was blown away. They just don't install electronics, they have to have a knowledge of house construction to run wiring, install outlets, etc. It was impressive watching them come up with an ideal solution under tough circumstances. They stayed later then expected to get the job done and then took time to vacuum, put furniture back and give me a tutorial of the system. It looks amazing, sounds incredible and will be enjoyed for many years. Movies, Sports and Video games will never be the same in our home thanks to Rick and his team. Service was awesome, installation fantastic, and the follow up customer service - great. Overall, I can't recommend Technology Interiors enough. If you want professional in every way, go with this team.
