Sherrie was the most professional, attentive, detailed, responsive, patient and knowledgeable real estate agent we have ever dealt with. Sherrie later introduced us to her husband, Peter Schueth, who was operating his own firm but later joined Network Funding in May 2010 (Peter operated his own firm - TEAM Mortgage - prior to May 2010). Peter explained the Mortgage marketplace, FHA alternatives, and matched the best mortgage quotes we were able to find. Peter was extremely detailed oriented, conservative in his approach, and was able to set the right level of expectations and speed of execution. Peter is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, customer focused, ethical, and all-around excellent financial adviser.
Description of Work: Sherrie Schueth assisted us (as a real estate agent) in finding our dream home. Peter Schueth assisted us in selecting the best time to lock the Mortgage rate and in finding the best rate possible. We ended up closing on our current residence on July 16, 2010. We are extremely satisfied with the level of professional service we received from the Schueth team. We are very grateful for their assistance and advice.
