Team Galt RE-MAX Ability Plus

We contacted Dave wanting help selling a house on Quiet Bay Circle.  We had a house we were wanting to buy and we needed prompt service and someone who was going to help us get this house on the market.  Wow!  We certainly had the right guy on the job.  In a matter of a couple days we had a virtual tour complete and house listed.  We showed house 27 times in about 3 weeks time.  Could one ask for more?  It obviously sold and Dave was a big reason.  I/we recommend him to anyone who ask and in fact he has sold our daughter and son-in laws house, helped our brother and sister-in law purchase, and our son and daughter-in-law purchase.  He and Team Galt are highly recommended by us and in fact I recommend him as a great realtor and a great guy. A good person trying to do the right thing!

Dave kept us informed on comparible homes and on the neighborhood markets. He also offered his expertise on many different aspects for marketing appeal. We never had any problems, as he was professional and sincere in his efforts.

As a listing agent, Dave did a great job of advising us and also got us set up with a staging professional. We sold the house fairly quickly and we were quite satisfied with the deal. 

As a buyers agent, Dave was extremely patient and let us make our own decision. He was a great adviser, and frequently contacted us with new properties that may fit our needs. We were picky and indecisive, but he was patient and never pushy or put off by our need to keep looking. I would highly recommend Team Galt to anyone buying or selling a home.
