After describing what I wanted on the signs, they e-mailed me a copy of what the signs would look like for my approval. They looked great. Better than I expected. I approved them and they responded back that they would be ready the next day. I went back two days later, but they were not ready. The owner apologized and said it was his fault and he would have them later that day. They were ready.
