equipment was in good shape and clean. service counter was courteous and fast. no complaints.

There were no issues in placing the order for the 2 pallet jacks. We made it clear that the equipment had to be delivered to our location by Friday afternoon. We received a call on Friday, when they should have been delivering the jacks, that one was broken and the other was MIA. At 7:00 p.m. we were notified that they would delivered the jacks to our event site, Lucas Oil Stadium, by 9:00 a.m. on Monday morning. This timing was imperative as we had multiple semis delivering product for an event that we were responsible for unloading. The pallet jacks did not arrive until 1:00 in the afternoon! Semis were backed up trying to unload and we were short on equipment.

Returning the jacks took 2 different attempts as well. They would tell us a time and then not show up.

We were very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism. There also seems to be no sense of urgency.

VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING OUT EQUIPMENT, FRIENDLY, GOOD PRICE - ABOVE WAS WITH DELIVERY OF $100 AND GAS.

MY HUSBAND PREFERRED LEWIS BROS. TO OTHER RENTAL PLACES BECAUSE IT HAS A LARGER INVENTORY, THEY HELP YOU LOAD AND UNLOAD THE RENTALS, AND RETURN IS REALLY EASY--THEY MEET YOU AND TAKE THE EQUIPMENT FROM YOU IN THE PARKING LOT. OVERALL IT WAS VERY EFFICIENT, AND IT WAS EASY TO GET IN AND OUT. I THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT MY HUSBAND DIDN'T THINK SO BASED ON THE QUANTITY AND VARIETY OF RENTAL ITEMS. THEY WERE MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP INSTRUCT US ON USING THE EQUIPMENT, ALTHOUGH WE ALREADY KNEW HOW. THE BIG THING WAS THE EASY IN AND OUT--THAT'S VITAL WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO GET A PROJECT DONE. I ALSO THINK THEY LET YOU RESERVE RENTAL EQUIPMENT, WHICH CAN BE KEY FOR WEEKEND PROJECTS.

THEY WERE REALLY NICE BECAUSE THE THIRD TIME I RENTED A HAND SANDER AND I TOOK IT HOME AND IT DIDN'T DO WHAT I NEEDED IT TO DO. I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR IT, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS NICE. THE GUYS THAT WORK THERE ARE REALLY FRIENDLY.

VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.

LEWIS BROS. ARE THE BEST. I WILL ALWAYS USE THEM. THEY PROVIDE 1ST CLASS SERVICE.

ONLY PLACE IN TOWN THAT HAD 2 WHEEL AUTO TOW ON SHORT NOTICE. FAST, COURTEOUS.

THE COUNTER LADY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT. DELIVERY AND PICK-UP WAS TIMELY. THE HYDRAULIC LINES BROKE ON THE TILLER SO THEY HAD TO BRING ANOTHER ONE. THEY WERE QUICK ABOUT IT BUT UNWILLING TO DISCOUNT THE OVERALL PRICE. OVERALL, I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.
