 + -1 moreThe tellers, and support staff were very nice and helpful. The branch management, and regional management were a completely different story. Their lack of knowledge, and breach of agreements became a common issue. Very unprofessional manager at the 96th St. location in Fishers. After speaking with our friends and family who also have accounts with Star, they have experienced similar issues. Some have already left the bank, and some are looking into it. They used to be a decent bank, back in the day when I was in banking, but have made some bad hires, and lost focus on customer service. I hope they are able to regain that focus.

 + -1 moreJeff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. We are still deciding if we will refinance or not, but if we do, Jeff will be who we go through. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: Jeff consulted us about a refinance. He really opened our eyes to what a refi would mean for our financial future.

 + -1 moreJeff was outstanding! He actually recomended that I stick with my current mortgage because I plan on moving in less then 5-7 years and the breakeven point would be after that. He has outstanding rates (the best I could find. Jeff was very professional and I would absolutely recomend him to anyone!!!
