The tellers, and support staff were very nice and helpful. The branch management, and regional management were a completely different story. Their lack of knowledge, and breach of agreements became a common issue. Very unprofessional manager at the 96th St. location in Fishers. After speaking with our friends and family who also have accounts with Star, they have experienced similar issues. Some have already left the bank, and some are looking into it. They used to be a decent bank, back in the day when I was in banking, but have made some bad hires, and lost focus on customer service. I hope they are able to regain that focus.

Jeff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. We are still deciding if we will refinance or not, but if we do, Jeff will be who we go through. Highly recommended!
