I have used them for several years. Paid upfront. No receipts (stupid me). All went well for awhile. Then Rick left, business divided, tried staying with him but that didn't work out. Started with Marilou who took over SpaCheck. She was great and did a good job. I did have to text her every once in a while to see if she had been there. If she hadn't, she got there shortly after and actually credited me a couple of cleanings since she hadn't communicated with me. Then in December, she dropped off the face of the earth. She has not returned calls, she has not been to our house-I hope she is ok, and she is a very nice person, but she left us high and dry, and also we had cleanings we had paid for and services not performed. I hate to give her a bad review, but she is not reliable.

Rick came out to service out tub the first tie. He did such a great job, we have him come back every six months. Our tub is always ready to go!

Rick comes once a year to drain and clean our hot tub and check all the working parts. He is able to come at a time convenient for me. He is very professional and efficient and always does a great job.

Rick emptied my hot tub, cleaned it, refilled it with clean water and added the needed chemicals.

We pay a full year of service. He is very good with the work he performs. He has excellent customer service skill. We were in the hot tub at eleven at night and it started to drain, we called him and he came out at midnight to fix the problem for us. We have been using him regularly since April of this year.
