absolutely not. When he showed up thru a home warranty call we had a working, but not always draining washer. when he left after putting in a part, it never worked and he simply walked out the door saying he couldnt fix it. if he had not come im sure we would still have a wotking washer. i would never call this company for any reason. whatever he did caused us to have to get a new washer.

I have had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this company's owner, who has been consistently disrespectful and unresponsive to my calls. The communication issues are significant. I filed a claim on May 9, and as of July 1, my dishwasher still has not been fixed. The owner repeatedly claimed that the parts had been ordered, but after waiting for two months, I decided to hire another company to resolve the issue. If you need prompt and hassle-free service, I strongly advise against using this company.
