When I arrived with my 4 children I waited in line to check in for a birthday party 2 of them we were attending and to pay for jump time for the other two. After getting to the front of the line I was told to get in another line where we'd be able to check in and pay at the same time. So we stood in another line and waited. I had already completed my waiver form for all 4 kids to expedite the process, but had to take the time to fill out a second form since they only allowed 3 names per form. I was then told I'd have to get back in the original line to pay for jump time for my older kids since she and quot;wasn't trained to do that yet.and quot; When I let her know that I'd already been told THIS was the line to complete both transactions, she was apathetic. Her reaction to my noting her apathy was to make a snarky remark to another teen as I went to stand in line for a third time.
I felt bad for the birthday party hosts as the 2 teens girls that were and quot;leadingand quot; the party were completely unenthusiastic. No fun greeting or lift in their voices - strictly perfunctory attitude. Nothing celebratory about their demeanors.
How long has this place been in business? How is it that they don't yet have an efficient process in place for families to check in? How many uninterested teens does it take to bring a business down? Just a few. Perhaps this was a place for family fun when it first opened, but now it's become an exercise in frustration and inconvenience. We won't be going back.

See above...highly recommend this facility for any kid parties aged 5-15.

I had never experienced anything like this before so I decided to drive my kids up from Greenwood Indiana to give this indoor trampoline park a try.  This is a smooth operation with many employees keeping the flow very efficient.  It is required to sign a waiver for all involved as these are large trampolines where if one does not follow the rules they could get hurt although unlikely.  They provide you with special shoes that I believe are designed to not only protect the trampolines but also keep them clean and protect your ankles.  There is a small snack bar and area for private parties as well as a an area with plenty of tables for seating.  No matter what time you get there you will not be able to start jumping until you have been presented the rules and then you must wait until your designated time.  A different group can start every 30 minutes on the half our exactly.  I especially appreciate that they limit the number of jumpers in the park for safety and for so that it is never to crowded. When I arrived, being Thanksgiving weekend, I had to wait 1.5 hours to let my kids jump.  You can reserve your jumping time in advance from the website to avoid this - now I know.  Everyone where stickers with there designed jump time and ending time.  Everyone in the park seemed to be pretty nice as there where no issues with line cutting or people being rude that I saw.  There is a total of 6 different trampolines/activities that I saw.  There where 2 dodgeball courts, 1 free trampoline, 1 block/ball pit jump, and 1 basketball dunk trampoline.  The atmosphere was good and clean as well as the music was appropriate.  I will defiantly be bringing my kids back and the next time I will be jumping with them.  I was told they will be opening their next park in Plainfield and I hope they look at Greenwood next!!
