The owner introduced himself at my door and explained costs and expectations fully before beginning. The entire team is professional, friendly, and efficient. Exactly what I was looking for in a lawn care company. My initial information phone call was returned promptly and I was put on the schedule very quickly. Super impressed and would highly recommend! priced competitively. A+!

They were very responsive, quick to come out with an estimate and by far the most affordable of other estimates we received. The yard looks great and we’ll be using them again for other jobs in the future.

Bob and his team of polite young gentlemen are true professionals!! I feel lucky to have found them. Hope to work with them for a long time. I had gone through several sub-standard lawn care services, and was about to give up hope....they show up on time and do a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

Bob was timely in his response, quote and services provided. The services including trimming and shaping two Japanese Maple trees which are difficult to shape and keep away from the house.

He never cuts our grass when it doesn't need it. He will skip a week if there is drought conditions or just not yet needed. I will always use Bob for our landscaping needs. I went through a bunch of cutting people before I found this guy and his attention to detail.

He always does a amazing job. I refer everyone to him. He is super customer service oriented.

Shine's did great work for us - we had purchased one of their deals for yard care. They did such good work we've had them back again to do more. Will definitely hire again.

Given quote and agreed on service date. They called and rescheduled for a later date. Then no-showed. Called repeatedly and sent texts. Days later I finally got a response saying they would come out later that week. I didn't want to chance getting no-showed on again.

They did a fantastic job. It looks beautiful. They hauled away all of the debris, too. Then Mr. Shine came back a couple weeks later to check on the sod. Very happy with experience all around.

Shine's did a decent job mowing my lawn on a couple of occasions. They were very responsive in setting up the initial service and have been consistent ever since. The quality of the mowing job was poor.

The Shine Lawn Service provides a great product for the price. Mr. Shine is always timely and ensures good consistent communications throughout the mowing season. He is accommodating to customer needs due to weather or other constraints. I will continue to use this service and take every opportunity to tell others about it. The one negative would be that with a riding lawn mower and a large open yard such as mine there are times when patches of grass get missed. I would recommend that as part of the final review process Mr. Shine walk the mowed area and find and fix any missed spots. In all honestly this occurred only twice in the entire mow season so while not a big deal is a potential area of improvement.

Mr. Shine always presents a professional image. He goes the extra mile to be sure that the job is completed and is responsive to special requests. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking lawn maintenance.

I really don't want to write this review. Bob is the best lawn guys we've had and I want to keep him a secret so he won't raise prices or not have time for us. But since he is so good, I need to fill this out, if nothing else out of gratitude. I've had no problems. He is personable, professional and punctual (and I alliterated so it counts for more points in Bob's favor). I'm not sure what else to say for a lawn guy outside of he did his job with excellence and I like him.

Bob could not be better at his job. He goes above and beyond the expected and does it at a reasonable rate.he is punctual, professional, and just a nice guy. I give him an unconditional A+

Bob has been cutting our lawn weekly for two years now - the price and service are great, and he is so reliable. It's absolutely one less thing to worry about for us, and we've been so pleased.

We've been using them all summer. The price was a tad high, but they did a good job. I have no complaints.

Bob runs a small two man operation and does the work himself with another. Professional and courteous, he always got right back to me as we set up the job. The price was reasonable; however, recommend that if you add work as you go along that you push for estimates for each add on, as I was not quite prepared for the final “new” figure. The final figure was reasonable and I would use them again in the future.

He does an excellent job. Always on time and doesn't cost as much as others. I'm very happy with his work.

His work is excellent as was his clean-up. He performed tasks which I didn't realize had to be done, and didn't charge extra. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am very pleased with him. He always does a great job and the lawn always looks great when he is finished. I think his charge is reasonable for the amount of work he does. He is a good guy who works hard and does what he says he is going to do. He makes sure that the lawn gets done even if he has to work late, because my grass grows fast; I appreciate that.

Bob Shine came and assessed the size of the job and provided a quote for mowing my mothers yard, every other week. He was prompt, he came in with an excellent price, and he does a great job. He did mowing as well as edging and blowing the grass away. I would definitely use Bob again, and do recommend him to others out there. Excellent quality for the price! Great value.
