They bill us and the cost depends on what they are going to do that day. The price is reasonable. What stands out about them is that they are very dependable. If they say they are going to be here on a certain day, they are here. If they can't make it, they will call, which is very important to me. Their workers are very polite and knowledgeable. They are very good. This is our second year with them.

Scott Pools performed the Spring Pool opening with quality service and professionalism. They were on time, very thorough, courteous, and used the time very efficiently. While one person assembled the pump and lines, two other cleaned and prepared the pool. They demonstrated tips to me for care and cleaning of the steps which had become stained, and were knowledgeable about my pool's individual operations such as the historical use of chlorine, which I found impressive. During the opening process, it was determined that the heater was not functioning properly. Scott Pools revisited the site later that day and completed the repair. They were clearly experienced and knowledgeable, demonstrating proficiency in their approach to completing tasks, and troubleshooting the non-functional heater. Scott Pools equipments products are top notch, because the heater was over 20 years old, and is working fine. Interaction with the service personnel, office and store staff is always a pleasure. I highly recommend Scott Pools’ services.

Scott Pools Inc. are outstanding. We haven't had an in-ground pool before and they have been fabulous in coaching and teaching me how to manage the chemicals and test it and all that kind of stuff. Jamie and Rhonda in the office and are so patient and so helpful. No question is too stupid for them. They're just beautiful, fabulous people. They're very attentive to detailed and if you have any questions about your pool, they're the ones to ask. If there's something that they're not able to do, they have the contact and resources to help you get the right person to do it. I am the type of person who needs to understand how everything works that I'm dealing with. I want to learn everything about it. And they are so patient with me. Their prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. They're very thorough. We're on a contract with them and I will definitely keep using them in the future.

The repairman did a nice job of reattaching the pool liner. He added a liner lock to keep it secure and explained what he did. It was very trouble free and economical. I would definitely use Scott Pools again.

Four weeks ago I hired Leslie Pools to open my pool. I was shocked to find out that opening for them did not include cleaning and in my case no chemicals. This was my fault because I did not ask what opening meant. I had sold my house so desperately needed my pool cleaned as it had lots of leaves, pine needles and worms from the previous year. For the next couple of weeks I proceeded to call pool companies from Angie's list. Most told me that they were too busy and could not help me. I had three companies tell me they could do it and gave me a day they would be here. The day came and went and no one showed and no one called. I made several more calls and Scott Pools told me that they were really busy but would try and fit me in on Thursday. I had explained my situation and the man who answered the phone seemed to really be concerned and said that they would do their very best to fit me in but would call me. I received a call on Wednesday from the same man ( I wish I could remember his name as he really went above and beyond to help) and he explained that his manager felt that they could work me in at the end of the day on Thursday but that I should call Thursday at 8 and make sure. When I called I was told that they definitely would make the trip out and help me. I was overwhelmed as we were moving in 5 days and I really needed this done. The man I originally had spoken with then called me around 9 to make sure that I knew they would be out. They came out as promised and did an unbelievable job. If I were staying in Noblesville I would hire them for everything and never call another company. These days it is rare to have good customer service. These men, from the one answering the phone to the ones cleaning the pool, were professional, kind, sympathetic and honest.
If Scott Pools had not stepped in I don't know what I would do. They truly are a fantastic company!!!!!!!! A+ is my grade

They Scott Pool company is wonderful to have as your maintenance provider. I have used them a few times this summer. They are always very prompt in being able to respond to my needs. This is important, since every day in the summer counts. They are usually able to come over to my house within one day of the call and fix my problem. They also fix the problem the first time and they don't need a second visit. This summer they have fixed my leaking bulkhead and made a fix to my pool heater. In each case I was prepared for the worst, that I would need to purchase an entire new unit. My pool equipment old. However in each case they were able to fix just the problem and save me a lot of money. They are the only pool company that I deal with, they are so good. They have never disappointed me.

We've worked with Scott Pools for a little over 15 years. They installed and maintain our garden water fountain feature/system (same mechanicals as a swimming pool). We asked Scott Pools for ideas to reduce the electricity cost for pumping water through the fountain system. They suggested installing a variable speed, high effeciency water pump to replace the existing pump.
They ordered and installed the pump as promised. The cost of running the pump (it's has a separate electric meter so the electric bill gives an accurate accounting of cost) has dropped by approx. 80%. The high effeciency pump is more expensive than the traditional model. Even so, we estimate it will take only 8 or 9 months to and quot;paybackand quot; the increased pump cost from electric savings. We're delighted, since these pumps usually run for many years the savings will truly be significant.
Usually a skeptic, I had doubts about the electric efficiency claims from the manufacturer of the pump. But turns out they're right!

Scott Pools installed a pool for us in 1989. It has been trouble free and easy to maintain. Our children had many years of fun in it while growing up. We finally just this summer replaced the liner, which actually could have gone longer, but we had budgeted for it, so proceeded. Since Scott Pools uses quality materials, such as liners of a higher grade/thickness, it paid off in a lifespan way beyond the norm. They also delivered the replacement liner weeks ahead of schedule, and completed the installation and opening in one day as promised. Even though the equipment now has some age on it, they do not try to power sell us new, instead they are responsive, courteous and very helpful with questions, whether it is in store on the phone.

I wasn’t impressed with them and we didn’t really get what we needed for the money that we paid them. We paid them 500 $ over the course of 2 or 3 service calls. They were very expensive. They admitted that the price charged by them was above market value, but they said that most of the people wanted their premium service. I didn’t feel like I got premium service. The individual technicians who I worked with were fine, but none of them took care of the problems that we had. They did whatever they were supposed to do and left. We had them inspect our pool and had them open it when we bought this house. We were being told that if they open the pool on a monthly basis, then they will not be able to inspect the equipment. The water was extremely foul when they opened it. I wanted a professional to stop it immediately. The pool had to be drained and refilled, but they only opened it. We had to pay them to get the pool fully drained and refilled later on. We also paid for the chemicals to open the pool, but it was unsuccessful. So, we had to pay them again to drain the pool and refill it with fresh water. It was like we were doing an oil change for a car that doesn’t work. They were pretty responsive, as they were able to get here pretty quickly after we took an appointment from them. They were pretty punctual as they came on time. They weren’t very professional. I called them a couple of times with questions and the lady at the office was very helpful. However, when she wasn’t able to answer my questions, she kept referring me to have the owner out for 75 $ and he was only available at 7:00 a.m. It seemed like they weren’t ready to set up a relationship with me. It seemed like a very short-term perspective for them. I would not use their services in the future.

"We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. Unfortunately, you purchased a home with a swimming pool that had been neglected for quite some time. When you called to request a pool inspection, you were informed that the pool would have to be opened first. This is due to the fact that you can't inspect equipment that is not running. You would not have to "open the pool on a monthly basis", but it would have to be opened to perform an inspection. Several issues were found regarding the pool and the equipment. We made several repair and replacement suggestions and provided quotes per your request. You did not ask for any of these repairs to be done. Had you requested these, they would have been taken care of promptly and professionally. Upon the opening of all of our pools, we add the necessary chemicals. Once it was discovered that your pool could not be treated chemically, we did suggest a drain and refill. This was done (one time only) per your request. Due to the amount of time spent on the telephone, in our store, and at your home, we do not feel the charges were excessive. We answered all of your questions to the best of our ability. We only provided the services that were requested. We are in this business to build a customer base, not to steer customers away. We would not have spent as much time as we did if we considered you a "short-term prospect". If we would have known you were unhappy with our service, we would have liked to settle this in person or over the phone as opposed to reading it over the internet."

Two inspectors arrived and inspected the pool and associated equipment. They were punctual and took their time. My husband and I asked a lot of questions since we've never owned a house with a pool before. We wanted to use this opportunity not only to ensure the integrity of the pool, but also to learn about the equipment and how it all worked. The two inspectors answered all of our questions. They were very knowledgeable and we had a great experience.
