Description of Work: This realtor failed to check out her client financially to be sure he had adequate available funds for his purchase and failed to have him wire funds the day before, prior to closing in order for them to be in place for a 9 am closing. This caused a " soft closing ", those sellers then did "soft closing" with me and I in turn did a" soft closing ". No money for any of the transactions and it ended up a mess from which things still are not resolved and folks are out lots of money in expenses. All the deals fell through! For the first week after soft closings she also failed to communicate honestly with all parties that she had not even had any contact with her client for a week.

Description of Work: Sarah Black is a superb Realtor! Her stamina and energy is matched only by the personable enthusiasm she exhibits for her clients. She spent an extended amount of time with us even though our permanency in the area was questionable. She is impressively knowledgeable in a myriad of housing facets; zoning, structural considerations, financing, etc. She was attentive to each of our needs in finding compatible solutions. She made what is usually a quite stressful experience more of an engaging adventure!
