 + -1 moreAt this time, nothing has been resolved. They paid additional money for cabinet upgrades but at closing found those cabinets had not been installed and actually were not available. No refund is being given. There are many, many more problems and they have only been in the home about a month.
Description of Work: Ou children purchased a Ryland home and closed on it in December. It was from the Greenwood office. They, in good faith, agreed to close and pay in exchange for promises that finishing would be completed in a timely fashion. A week after moving in, high winds blew shingles off their home. They contacted Ryland and were told it would be fixed asap. It was hard to look at repairs being made to a home on the same street but as yet not sold but no action on our son's home. Repeated calls for help resulted in rude responses.
