RODNEY R.
Dec 2009
Mrs. Fields has cleanded for us for the last several years. We were out of town for about a month, and had scheduled to clean when we got back. The appoitment was confirmed and was scheduled about two weeks before Thanksgiving. She did not come or bother to call and cancel. We left four messages, and none were returned. We were very upset by the lack of professionalism. We were obivously dropped, and were not given the courtisity to notifiy us or to return our phone calls. The other problem is that our hardwood floors got scratched. Our sweeper has two modes- floor and carpet mode. The rotating brush is turned off with the floor mode so that floors do not get damaged. The last time she cleaned the hardwood floors the carpet mode was left on. We are in the process of getting an estimate to have the floors rebuffed to see if the scratched marks can be removed.
