We hired her because we wanted the house cleaned and then we would maintain it. She came in and quoted us a price, which was $70 dollars. We had expected more but thought that since that was her number, ok. After the first four cleanings, she called to schedule the appointment for her fifth visit about a week before, which was no problem. A half hour before she was to arrive, she called, and stated she was not coming and that she would have to drop us or up our rate. We were having people over that night and had expected she would clean for us, it left us in a bind due to our busy schedules. I can understand if things come up but calling less than a half hour before is unprofessional. We could have chosen a bigger company but thought their service would be better given that they owned the company. There was never a great cleaning and then to be slapped in the face after giving them a chance like this was unacceptable.

AT RC CLEANING, WE NEVER ACCEPT PAYMENT UP FRONT FOR THIS VERY REASON, LIKE THE 'BIG' COMPANIES. WE ONLY GET PAID WHEN THE JOB HAS BEEN DONE RIGHT AND OUR CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. WE ARE COMMITTED TO RUNNING AN HONEST BUSINESS AND ENSURING THAT EVERY CUSTOMER HAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE ON EVERY VISIT.
