Marc and Dave showed up on time. After a quick assessment of the job, Marc began measuring while Dave unpacked tools and new flooring. It wasn't long before they noticed some new planks arrived cut crooked from the factory. Marc inspected and measured every other new plank, setting aside those that were not square. The installation went smoothly, they were very efficient and their work was impeccable. When we need flooring installed, we don't even call anyone else for an estimate. Randolph Brothers professionally replaced three hardwood boards that buckled because of flooding. They were very professional, minimized the mess caused by cutting out the bad boards, and replaced the boards. After the work, I could not tell where the damage was located. High quality work.

Amazing! Great work and fast too! Arrived on time. Excellent communication in advance and a very reasonable price. We provided the flooring. It was nice to not have to select from a specific vendor.

Marc is extremely dependable and professional and I would not hesitate to use him again or refer him to others. Marc provided a very detailed quote, and his quote was much lower than another I had received. Marc routinely kept me informed on his progress. He made sure that our family was still able to live comfortably during the demo and install. In fact, he called me one day to tell me he had moved the washer and dryer to the garage because they were doing the laundry room the next morning. When I told him we may have some laundry to do before vacation the next day, he immediately responded that it would be no problem to carry them back in and hook them up again. I had been dreading this project, but he made it enjoyable. He did beautiful work and my level of trust in his character and workmanship is above any other service provider I have had in my home.

I'd already had a few quotes from other AL providers:  one had stopped returning my calls, one finally said he couldn't get to it until 'at least' September (after quoting me in February), and another who had quoted $900 for the job (over $20 per sq ft just for installation).
Marc answered the phone on my first call, and never failed to communicate readily throughout the span of the project.  He came the next day for a quote, took time to discuss and answer questions about this and future projects.  I knew he was busy but he promised to get it done the following week.  I honestly didn't believe him due to the way other contractors had behaved, but on Monday he got back to me, and after finishing large jobs on Tue, Wed, and Thu, they came and put in time on my small but important project after their full work days.  And only charged $290.  Their work was meticulous and they finished it to the last detail.  My floor is beautiful.  You can't tell it was added 7 years after the previous installation.
Besides that, he and his coworker were professional, warm and personable, and genuinely concerned about the details of the job.  They're absolutely my flooring guys, I'm already planning the next project to call them for!

This is the 2nd time used Randolph Brothers. Made it look beautiful. Would never be able to detect there was an issue with our floor. We thought we might need to replace hardwood flooring entirely. The owner, Marc, personally came out to inspect and do the job. Was finished within a hour and half. Superb quality.

Marc was great from step #1. We had been having issues with our home buying process and were pretty stressed and skeptical by the time we found Marc (recommended by our carpet company). He was professional, punctual, honest and fairly priced. He explained everything and offered his advice if a better option was available. The finished product is top notch and looks fantastic. He even provided a remnant for some vinyl for an unfinished floor in the utility room and installed it without charge. We will use him in the future for other projects without a doubt and highly recommend his services.

Excellent from beginning to end. Marc was very responsive from initial request for quote to close out of the job. Ryan did a fantastic job with the tear-out and installation. His attention to detail and focus on quality was very much appreciated! I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to work with them again.

Our experience was excellent. Marc Randolph was quick to come to the house to offer us a quote and assured us that he was the only one that actually put the tile down. Once we agreed on a date the project went quickly and smoothly. One of our floors had a dip in the middle and Marc showed us the problem and explained what was necessary to correct the problem. This was going to add an extra day to the project, but they ended up finishing within the original three days quoted as they were quick to prep the second bathroom and placed all of the tile in both bathrooms in one day. On day three they returned to do the grouting and both of our floors looked beautiful. Clean up was done very well as they vacuumed everything upstairs where they had been working and they used protective plastic on the carpet on the stairs and floors upstairs. We also bought new toilets for the bathrooms and they assembled and installed both toilets. We would definitely use Marc again if we had more tile work to do in the house.

Marc and his crew are great. McCool's Flooring contracted with him to do the work at our home. The job ended up being more involved than planned and ended up taking longer than planned but Marc and his crew worked Saturday and Sunday to get the job done as quickly as possible since our entire first floor was torn up. It's obvious to us that Marc takes pride in his work and wants to make sure things are done correctly. He's great at explaining things as he goes along. Each day they cleaned up so that we had to live in as little dust as possible. They were very respectful of the fact that we have a six year old and left things as safe as possible each day. Marc's attention to detail made a great job become and excellent job!

These guys are great. They started and finished when they said they would. The workmanship was excellent. They even cleaned the floor and put some felt protectors on.

The removal of the old tile was messy work, but Marc and his crew were careful to seal off the affected areas and minimize the dust traveling to rest of the house. It was accomplished in two days. The crew was very diligent in leaving the worksite as clean as possible every night. Marc worked with me to minimize the disruption to my living in the home while this was going on. Having the refrigerator in the great room for a few days was strange, but at least I could still operate comfortably in the house! After the kitchen was put back together, the laminate floor was installed in the rest of the house. Great care was taken with all the heavy furniture and items. There was not a scratch on anything. They even touched up all the trim that was affected and added trim where it was needed in the transformation from carpet to laminate. The new fireplace surround and hearth was done with great care and artistry. The transformation was striking. I wondered why I waited so long to do it. The whole project took two weeks and was totally worth it. I will have Randolph Brothers do my next project. I bought all the materials at Lowe's, Home Depot and The Tile Shop and got exactly what I wanted. (Not included in the price quoted here). Very happy with the PergoMax laminate.

Randolph Bros. did an excellent job! Took up old Nafco planks, vinyl and carpet. Installed hardwood in kitchen and family room and tile in laundry room and entrance off garage. I don't think you could ask for higher quality work. They took thier time to be sure that the installation was perfect and it was. We couldn't be happier.

Marc had already visited the work site prior to floor installation day, so there were no surprises and he had all of the necessary materials.
We had ordered the flooring ourselves and stacked it in the kitchen a few days prior to installation to allow for temperature adjustment, Marc's suggestion.
Marc and Brian arrived as scheduled and after a short planning session proceeded to work. They were efficient and professional in all aspects of their part of the project. The installation went without any problems and they cleaned up an left the same day.
We have used Marc several times and we have always been satisfied with his work and helpful advice. When I need flooring installed, I don't bother calling around because I know Marc will do a good job and for a fair price. What more can you ask for?

Most excellent work I have ever had done. Team was prompt and arrived when scheduled. Because they are so good they are very busy and we had to wait for their being available; but it was worth it in every way.

I had the front foyer in my home replaced. The existing ceramic tile and Luan subfloor was removed, new underlayment board installed followed by new slate. The finish job looks wonderful and we have already had compliments. Marc took the time to sand down the joints in my subfloor to get it as level as possible, something others may not have done. He was very meticulous in laying out a pattern that fit the foyer best and existing tile in adjoining laundry room. There were many cuts that had to be made and all were done with perfection. All of this with a very reasonable price. The entire job took 4 days with two men so you can imagine the complexity.

After getting a few estimates I decided to use these guys. Marc the owner was very friendly over the phone and explained everything to expect and took the time to answer all my questions over the phone. They were very flexible and were able to work around my schedule and finished the job in 3 quick days. Marc was very professional and showed up on time and was easy to get ahold of during the entire process. The finished job looks great and I have absolutely no complaints. These guys did notch work and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for having anything done with your flooring.
