I highly recommend Tim and his company for pool cleaning in the Carmel area. Tim is not only incredibly nice and professional, but he’s also a true subject matter expert. Caught on my ring video Urinating in yard. Didnâ t check chemical levels each time. Didnt backwash each week. Didnâ t empty skimmers but still charged me for full service for all mentioned above.Told me if he wanted me to feel threatened I would know it and other texts I have saved. Then threatened me with a lawyer if they didnâ t pay services today. Very unprofessional and seemed unstable. Didnâ t feel safe having him come back on my property.
