We have hired Premier Garage for our last two homes in Zionsville. Their pricing was the best of the quotes we received, and the work was done well and on time. Jon was great to work with on the sales end, and the install team did a nice job. The installer even recommended changing the paint chip color on the day of the install because he thought that the color scheme may clash a bit. I thought this may delay us, but they were able to get another color there that SAME DAY and there was no delay. I would highly recommend using them!

Went well. The hardest part was waiting for the floor to cure in order to put things back in the garage.

We are very pleased with the finished floor -- looks great. Only 2 complaints, neither of which can be helped. From the grinding of the old floor, there was powdery dust everywhere, even under the plastic coverings and even items set outside the garage and even after a big vacuum is attached to the grinding machine. And the final seal coat is very odorous for a day or so, even seeping into the house around closed doors. But overall, we are very pleased.

Two crews worked on the floor. The first ground it down, leveled it and applied the base coat. The next day a second crew applied the finish coats. Both crews were professional, efficient, and polite. We were very pleased with the work and recommend them highly.

Fantastic! I love my new garage floor. It is going to be so much easier to maintain and certainly more pleasant to look at. Tom Fleming was very helpful in coming to the house to help me make a decision between epoxy and polyaspartic coatings and in selecting the color and pattern I wanted. I had originally seen the polyaspartics at another company. I liked the professionalism of Tom's company better, and he was slightly less expensive. In addition to the durability, I liked the fact that the polyaspartics were available with the smaller 1/8-inch color chips, as well as the 1/4-inch available with epoxy. The gentlemen who came to apply the floor were very professional, extra careful, and went above and beyond in service. They even painted below the oak woodwork where there was a gap between it and the floor, so that the gap didn't show. A friend joked that my garage looks so nice, I should make my husband wipe his tires off and take off his shoes before driving into the garage. The results of this project exceeded my expectations. Joey and Ronnie arrived on time and introduced themselves. Joey gave a very detailed explanation of what they would be doing on the first day. Joey is a perfectionist and is very passionate about his work. Throughout the process, he would have us look at the area to ensure we were satisfied. On day two, again he explained what would be done and asked if we had any questions.  was given instructions on how to clean, which I was unaware of so happy to have them. Joey is the consummate professional and again so very passionate about the end result.  It is very rare when someone is so excited about the end result-you know they will do the very best work-every time! We are extremely excited about our new garage floor.

Tom came over on time to give me an estimate and show me samples. It was a welcomed no pressure meeting. I chose a custom color combination. Tom's crew arrived on time and had the job done in 2 days as promised. They did a great job, left no mess or damage behind, and the garage floor looks great. I should have done this year's ago.

The garage looks amazing.  Plenty of storage space, the floor looks beautiful, and everything is easy to keep clean now.  The cabinets are very good quality and are all installed against the walls above the floor.  We now have plenty of room to get out of our cars.  One of the options we got is a 4' workbench with drawers and cabinet below and tool hooks above.  Joey recommended we have him repair and repaint the walls and install better lighting, and he did a first-rate job at a reasonable cost.
We're very pleased.  When you get an estimate from this company, it includes only pictures with no description.  Make sure you understand exactly what the estimate includes.

We were very pleased with the work.

Tom came to give me an estimate of the job and was very responsive after I called him.  He went over the different floor types and shelving options right there, and had an estimate to me within a couple of days.  His estimate wasn't the lowest, but he really knew what he was talking about, so I decided to go with his company.  They installed the shelving and slat wall first, and it looked great.  I did have one minor complaint about the positioning of one of the shelves and he was very responsive in making my requested modification.  
They installed the epoxy floor a couple of weeks later, and I am blown away with how great it looks.  I was honestly not prepared for the intense smell that it created the first couple of days, and didn't realize that I could not park my car in it for a full week afterwards.  Also, I wasn't entirely clear on which color they were planning on installing until the morning of the install.  So yes, there were a few minor communication missteps that could have been better, but for these types of things you kind of expect that.  Overall I am very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Premier Garage.

Fully explained the two day process and the need to stay off the floor up front.  Worked with me to develop the color combination that met my expectations. Tom's crew did a very professional job and also throughly answered any questions I had.
