Pierson Bark Park

Horrible.  They sold me on a 12 month membership giving me a discount to pay in advance, and then closed without notice and didn't refund my remaining months.

Andy is always great. He takes great care of our dog and is very personable and kind. I have complete trust in him and his facility. I also love the fact I can book stays at the kennel online. It's so simple. Thanks Andy!

I have been a member at Pierson Bark Park for about a year.  Fantastic facility,  happy employees and great responsiveness to my dogs needs and any concerns I might have.  Love the wide open areas and separate fenced area for small and new dogs adjusting to the community atmosphere. In the nicer months there is a large pond, fenced in separately for the dogs to cool off.  Great concept.  My recent experience during the winter months is that the owner, Andy will bring out water for the playing dogs in the snow. The existing water supply has to be shut off during the freezing weather,  so If you are out with your dogs on your own in the freezing weather (did I say the dogs love snow??) bring an extra jug just in case.
I like the park rules of the "clean up after your dog"  although there is an occasional missed pile now and then. However, I have met so many nice people and admittedly really remember them by their dogs' name.  I go there daily. 
Fantastic grounds, great people.  I highly recommend this park if you live in the Fishers area.  Happy people!

This has become our go to place for boarding.  Andy, the owner, is awesome and takes great care of Jack while we are gone.  He is flexible with pick up and drop off times and is very responsive.  Thanks again Andy!

Great place to board your dog if he/she is good with other animals. The gentleman was very thorough in letting me walk through the facilities and showing me how Gus (my dog) would be boarded and what his schedule would be like. Gus did get scratched pretty significantly by another dog but when in a facility with outdoor play these things can happen.

Andy was great.  His communication with me was great - from booking Jacksons stay to me checking in over the weekend via email to see how Jack was doing.  One of the most attractive things about Pierson Bark Park is that the dogs actually get quality outdoor time.  I would highly recommend Pierson Bark Park.  Excellent customer service, communication, and prices.  We have already booked Jackson's next stay.  Thanks Andy!

We have two german short hair pointers and when one of our dog's got out he immediatly went to water. This is the only place where you can take your dog where they can swim in Indianapolis. We have continued to take our dog's to this place because it is owner operated, clean, and safe. It seems like the other owners are friendly and responsible. I travel from Broad Ripple to Fishers because I know that it will be clean and that my dogs will be safe. It's a big dog park and there is also an area where you can rinse your dog after they place. It is really worth the money.

I am no longer a member there, but I did like the park. It was clean and they kept good care of it. They knew everyone who used the park and the facility was great.

They have a separate area for small and older dogs which is nice. We love going to the park. They are always available especially if you leave your card. It is a secure park with a pond that my lab loves to play in. The upkeep is always good and he takes great care of the grounds. The price is very affordable for the value.

The park is wonderful. The park is very clean, secure, and well maintained.  It was in really good repair compared to other dog parks that get really muddy and dirty.  People also cleaned up after their dogs.  I really liked taking my dog there. They have gazebos and shady areas with benches to sit on.  They have a hose you can use to clean off your dog before putting them in the car. They have an office on the grounds and they are always available. If they are not in the office, they have a phone you can use to call them. They live next to the park and will come right away.  I recommend their service to all of my friends.  They called for a renewal and I had to tell them my dog passed. They were very sweet and sympathetic.

We recently lost our older dog and joined the Bark Park so our remaining dog would have a place to run and socialize with other dogs. The staff is very helpful and professional. The park is well maintained, always clean and the other members are very friendly and good at self policing. We visit the park several times a week and our dog really enjoys it plus we get our exercise walking around the park too.

My dogs have a good time when we are there. It is a very clean park especially compared to other parks I have been to. You have to show proof that your dog's vaccinations are up to date. I have interacted with the owner and he is really nice. My dog has hip dysplasia and once there was a dog being very aggressive with my dog. The owner let us go into a private area of the park so we could get away from the dog. He mentioned that there have been other occasions of the dog being aggressive and would not be renewing their membership. They have a pond that is really muddy.  My dogs get completely messy each time they go into the pond. They do have it separated now so the dog can't get into the area unless you let them in. The owner lives near the park.   He has specific hours and locks the front gate if he is not there.  There is a station with a phone and  it will call the owner's cell.  He will come and unlock the gate. He stays at the park while you are there. If you have a membership, you don't have to call him each time the gate is locked. You can use your access card to open the gate.  I did not purchase the packaged membership because we only go three months out of the summer months.

SHE HAS GREAT PATIENCE AND FOLLOWS DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE BECAUSE SHE CARES FOR OUR 5 PETS PLUS UP TO 10 FOSTER CATS/KITTENS WHO ARE FREQUENTLY ON MULTIPLE MEDICATIONS. I KNOW THAT I CAN LEAVE MY PETS SAFELY IN HER CARE. SHE WILL CALL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS AND MAINTAIN CLOSE CONTACT WITH ME. SHE TRULY HAS A PASSION FOR HELPING ANIMALS THAT HAVE NO HOMES AND SHE VOLUNTEERS IN THE COMMUNITY TO HELP FIND HOMES FOR PETS THROUGH HER NETWORKING. CHOOSING HEATHER IS THE WISEST CHOICE IN THIS AREA!
