I set up an appointment, went to their location, waited less than 60 minutes and was on my way. A professional service all around, their price came in on the low end of their quote. I recommend them, and will use them again.

Was easy to schedule. They said it would take and hour but it took less time than that. Price charged was exactly what I was told it would be when I scheduled and it was $600 less than the dealership's estimate. They were very careful not to cause damage to my vehicle. Cleaned up everything. Very professional and skilled! They were awesome! I highly recommend this company.

When good . . .no, GREAT service is rendered people should know about it. The folks at Perfection Auto Glass / Fishers were professional, courteous and prompt. We required a complete side window replacement. A phone call at 8am resulted in a full repair on site by 1pm. I was given an explanation of work, probable timeline and comprehensive estimate. Perfection Auto Glass / Fishers delivered exceedingly on every instance. Particular thanks goes to Chuck and Marquis (Fishers branch). They notified me of their schedule, reviewed the scope of service and cleaned up before departing. Great job guys. Great value Perfection.

From the moment I walked in I was astonished at the complete lack of professionalism. No one explained to me what they were going to do. They just asked for my keys. I asked if I needed to show them the chip- they looked at me like I was from another planet. The entire time I was there the lady was in phone talking about her issues with air conditioning and furnace- they just shoved the paperwork at me to sign while on phone with personal business. Heard the lady on the phone say she was an owner. I went to car and it looked same as did when I took in. I have since found out that is normal. All I can say is that it was one of the least professional office I've been in for a long time.

iMy daughter contacted me and said that the rubber seal at the top of her windshield had started to pop off. I found Perfection Auto Glass on Angies List and called them around 10:45 this morning. They are in Zionsville and my daughter lives in Brownsburg. She said they offered in shop or mobile service and asked if she could come to Zionsville. If it was just the seal she said that someone at the shop could glue it back at no charge. I said she was leaving for work in Greenwood at 11:30 and she mentioned that they also had an office in Greenwood. I told her that it would probably have to be tomorrow. Then she said that her husband Tony was in Brownsburg picking up parts and maybe he could stop by my daughter's house in Brownsburg before she left for work. I called Tony  and he was just leaving Brownsburg and asked for the address so he could look at it. He arrived at my daughter's house at 11:15, glued the seal into place and was finished in 5 minutes, all at NO CHARGE. Tony and his wife at Perfection were awesome and I will definitely contact them for any future auto glass needs.

I called and got an immediate appointment to bring my car in for an estimate.  They said they could fix it the next day, so I left it with them.  They hit the estimate on the nose--maybe a few dollars less.  The work was performed was perfect.  They were very professional, efficient and reasonably priced.

When I called, they were very polite and courteous. They let me know there was a southside Indy location and that they would contact me shortly. After a few minutes, I was contacted and was provided a same day appointment. It was perfect as it was only 20 degrees outside and I didn't want to wait all weekend until Monday for a replacement. I arrived early to my appointment at their shop and they started working right away. They vacuumed out all of the glass and replaced the window in an hour. The southside Indy location was equally as polite and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent experience.  They did exactly as promised.  They vacuumed all the glass and made it just like new.

I called about the possible repair.  They were very nice, and able to get me in within a half hour of  when I called.  I was told the price on the phone.  When I got there and showed them the crack, the gentleman informed me ahead of time that I would still be able to slightly see the spot right where the rock hit.  He also let me know that because of the location down by where the defroster hits the windshield, that there is a possibility that it might crack again due to the freezing & then defrosting right there.  However, if that does happen, they will apply the amount I paid this time towards the next repair.  The ladies in the office were very enjoyable to talk to during my wait.  The fix was pretty quick.  I was only there about 45 minutes, but most of that time was due to having to let the windshield warm up once they brought my van inside.  It was 27* out and it has to be 65* for them to work on it.

Very professional and quick. A good price also. They offered to come out to where my car was but I preferred to bring it in myself. I will be using them in the future to replace a cracked windshield.

Called them on Thursday, They came to my location and repaired it on Friday. I was able to pay them over the phone. No fuss, no muss, great job!! Would definitely use them again!

They were very friendly. They were kind enough to stay late and get my window in so I could get a window. They cleaned the car up pretty good. I didn't find a lot of glass underneath the seat where they had to sweep underneath there but all around and on the seat and floorboard it was cleaned up nice so the glass was everywhere. Average price.

They were very helpful and quick to respond. A rock broke out the passenger window of my car - I called Perfection Auto the next morning and they were able to order the glass and install it all in the same day!

I contacted them via Angie's List and got a swift reply. I was able to make the appointment via texting, which was a huge relief on my side since I am deaf. They were able to answer all my questions. I brought my car in at 8am. They started on my car right away. It was done within an hour. My window looks great and now has that blue tint on the top, which is an added bonus for me. Lifetime warranty included. They have a mobile service as well. I wanted to take advantage of this, but I was informed that this was possible if I had a garage to keep my car dry during installation during rainy days. I decided to take my car to their shop, since my garage is full and it has been raining on and off over here. All in all, a pretty good experience.
