I wasn't very happy with them. They were very sloppy and not very punctual. It took them two months to get the work done.

The insurance company said they would pay for the work and they sent me a check the very next day. Equity One sent out a crew to complete the work and they did a good job. The owner came out to inspect the work and said he didn't want payment until the job was completed. After the job was completed, they never came back to inspect it again. I never received a bill or any phone calls from them about payment. They finally sent me a bill on October 27th (I received it on the 29th) for payment in full that threatened to put a lien on my home if the balance wasn't paid in full by November 1st and that said I would be responsible for all attorney's fees as well. I had never received a bill from them prior to this and they wouldn't return my calls after I received the bill and I even drove to their office during office hours and they weren't there. The work they did was great, but their billing practices are horrible.

Salsman was ok,[JON WAGNER],nice guy.the actual roofing job was ok but the clean-up was horrible.Old shingles ,nails every where.when they did the gutters it was the same thing,pieces of metal left on the roof and in the yard.One complete section of a downspout was left in the backyard.I collected over 100 nails in the gutters and on the ground.
