Northside Window & Gutter Cleaning

Front door was hosed down and never squeegeed off or hand wiped. They used water sprayer and very long handled squeeque brushes to clean windows. Left alot of water droplets that did not get squeegeed. They dried and left water marks. The worst was front door. See attached pictures. They were scheduled to show up between 8-9 am. They showed up at 110 pm

Great! The crew showed up, with masks, and kept their distance. I really appreciated that. They were fast (less than 20 minutes) and professional. The quote for service was honored, not a penny more. They even patched a small hole for me. Tipped both of the guys they sent out and am looking forward to not seeing the gutters run over when the storms get here.

They did excellent. Very professional. We will have them again. The people that came were very very good. You could tell they enjoyed doing their work. This is the first time we had them do work for us. We are very comfortable with them. And will hire them again. They let you know if you have other problems around the windows. They let us know we had a weather strip coming off.

Very poor workmanship. We had Northside Window and Gutter clean our gutters in February 2020. When the spring rains began, we had an area in the front and an area in the back that had significant overflow. We asked that they return, which they did, but charged us an additional $95.00, claiming the materials clogging the gutters were new. Considering that Feb. 2020 was the first time we had had the gutters cleaned in 15 years, I strongly dispute their claim.

Work done was provided as quoted. Two friendly, professional crew did a great job. Even noticed gutter hangers missing and replaced them. Discussed the pros & cons of gutter guards and requested a follow-up quote.

Excellent quality. They checked the windows 3 times to make sure they were free of streaks. Coach lights were sparkling when finished. large very high chandelier was spotless, dust free and looked fantastic. Brandyn and Josh showed pride in their work with outstanding customer service.

They did s fair job on the windows. There was a lot of water spots and streaking that I found after they left, that I didn’t inspect until they were gone. I would hire them again but would make sure the job was done to my satisfaction before they left.

These guys are awesome. I reached out to a number of pros to get a quote on gutter cleaning and pressure washing for our 2 story home. Northside immediately reached out to me and provided me with an easy to understand quote and scheduling process. They were out to my house within 48 hours and the job was completed within the next 24. Easy and great to work with.

This is the second time we've had Northside come and clean our upper gutters. (I can clean the lower ones myself, but I don't have a ladder that will reach the upper gutters, and I won't go onto our roof: it's too steep. The upper gutters have covers which supposedly reduce how much gets in them, but we could see from the ground that there was still stuff accumulating and sticking over the edge.) We scheduled a tentative date, in case it would be too cold, but it was warm enough that day. I asked the men who came to take some photos so we could see how the gutters looked after being cleaned. Maybe that's kind of rude, but otherwise I had no real way of confirming that the work had been done. They showed me before and after photos and told us that the gutter covers still seem to be in decent shape. They bagged up what they removed from the gutters and we added it to our trash. I thought they had said they would provide the photos when they emailed our invoice, but I didn't receive them. Other than that, everything was very satisfactory.

I have had Northside Window Cleaning come out 3 years for interior and exterior window cleaning. The 1st year a large crew came out. This year is was 2 persons and it took almost 6 hours (large house with a lot of windows). They also cleaned a glass-paned chandelier for an extra charge. The cleaners were personable and worth the money paid because windows look worse when I clean them then when I start. Plus the exterior windows require ladders.

We've hired Northside twice and we will continue to use them. Efficient, professional, and competitive pricing.

They did a great job! They were able to schedule the job quickly and were very professional and friendly when they did the work. They were even able to add a few items that were not part of the original estimate. I would definitely recommend them.

The quality of the window cleaning was average. There were streaks left on a few windows and sills were not wiped as I was told they would be (2 dead bugs were left on sills). Beyond that, professionalism was the bigger issue. They moved furniture to get to some windows, which is fine, but they didn’t put it all back. They broke a hook on the front door used to hang wreaths and tossed it into my empty plant pot on the porch rather than telling me they had broken it. All of the windows were left unlocked when they were done so I had to go back through and lock them all. And finally, when they were all done, instead of quickly cleaning up and getting the invoice paid, they played on my kids’ pop-a-shot game in the basement! Though the cost of this job seemed reasonable to me and there were many good reviews, I was very disappointed at the lack of professionalism shown by the team who worked on my windows. UPDATE: Spoke with the customer service manager Charles, and he was very apologetic. It sounds like the crew was not on their game that day and it was unacceptable. He offered a $50 credit for our next cleaning. Charles was prompt and professional.

called for an estimate. they came the very next day and we had a quote by the end of the day. we were able to schedule the work the next week. they washed 24 exterior windows and two doors. great job - the windows look fantastic! will definitely use again

Easy to schedule, team arrived on time and did a great job. They worked to unclog a downspout after we double checked and found it blocked lower down than visible. Bagged up all debris in trash bag. Will hire again!
