Doug is VERY responsive ... detail oriented ... does EXCELLENT WORK!  This was the second year that I used him and will again this year in 2016.

Everything turned out well. I did not hear an complaints from my wife who was here when they did the work.

The owner Doug came to the house with 3 cleaners. He did a phenomenal job of introducing himself and the 3 employees who would be working in my home. The cleaners got right to work and took care of my entire list in the allotted time. Doug even threw in cleaning my big front window while the ladies cleaned the inside of my house to demonstrate what his company could do for us in regards to window cleaning. I will use them in the future.

He was nice and very good. The pricing thing was a little confusing. It was like double that because each pane is considered a window and the inside is different so like double hang windows is like 4 windows. The pricing wasn’t clear on that but he was nice and we talked and everything. His pricing is average and kind of high.

No problems with what was done, just not very thorough.

I purchased service using a Big Deal.  The owner of the company arrived on time and went straight to work after a brief chat. Cleaning took less time than expected.  He even offered to clean my large mirror in my bedroom for no additional cost. Throughly cleaned up after himself after the job was complete.  Was extremely polite and felt comfortable with him being in my home.

Ladies were sweet and very detailed on cleaning methods.

Would hire again.

Washed windows and cleaned gutters.  Great job and very nice. I will definitely use again.

Doug was pretty much on time the first time.  He was here longer than I expected since he took time to talk.  When he came back he was about an hour later than what he had told me.  Again, too much conversation.  I prefer workers stick to business.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out good. I think that it was a catch where they need to put in small print that the amount of the big deal will cover only 3 windows, and they will charge extra for more windows. I paid more than the big deal.

Everything was great.  The work was performed on the date promised.  They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

We bought the big deal last summer.  The owner called us immediately, and we said we wanted the work in September.  In September he called us back and we scheduled the job.  He came out alone but said, upon our surprised question at his having no assistants, that he worked best alone and was more efficient.  And was he ever!  He was the most thorough cleaner I've ever seen--organized, efficient, fast and immaculate.  He did the insides and outsides.  Our windows were gorgeous when he was done.
Price:  The big deal was for 22 windows at $99.  Counting our transoms, we have 51 windows!  When we asked him what he'd charge for the others, he rather shyly asked us if we would accept the extra work for another $25.  We jumped at the offer!  In the end we paid him $150 just because he had done such a beautiful job and we felt he had underpriced himself and deserved the "tip"..
When he worked inside the house, he was as clean as you could ever want.  He even did our large entry hall mirror while he was here (his idea) at no additional charge.
This man was so polite, so nice and so good we won't hesitate to call him the next time.  I've already recommended him to three friends.

On time and thorough.  My windows have never looked better and the house cleaning services were exceptional.

Scheduled 6 weeks in advance.  Was a no show.  When I called to inquire as to where he was he offered to come out and do the outside windows and then reschedule for the inside.  When I returned home that evening I could not tell if he had in fact washed the outside.  He did arrive on time on the re-scheduled date.  He did not use shoe covers and left dirty boot marks in the master bathtub.  Several hours after he left he called to say that he forgot to wash the inside of the garage windows and wanted to schedule another date.  I have not returned his call.  I do not have the flexibility or the time to schedule yet another time.  The man was very personable and friendly.  I believe he is overwhelmed with the amount of work he has.

The job went fairly well.  Doug was very polite and responsive.  Unfortunately, we got mixed messages about the date of service but I was able to get home to let him do the job.  I had to leave for an appointment so he cleaned the inside first and when I Ieft, he was working on cleaning the outside of the windows.  We had talked about him cleaning the four outside light fixtures when he cleaned the windows, but when I returned home the light fixtures had not been cleaned.  I did not call him back.
Doug was very talkative but he covered some business topics, etc. that were not necessariy appropriate to discusss with a customer.  Talking about grandkids is fine!

This turned out very well. The worker was on time and did very nice job cleaning the windows. He was very easy to work with and pleasant throughout the entire experience. I had to postpone and reschedule the work a couple of times, and he was very nice and accommodating. There were some windows I wanted to do myself and he even let me use his tools to clean them. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to other people. I even had some windows that were extremely dirty and he was able to take of. He really worked hard throughout the entire job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was great. They did a good job. We were very pleased with them. They did what we asked them to do. It was very clean when they were done. They were very nice and courteous. There were 3 people that came. They were excellent. The price was very fair.

He said he has no employees. He had gotten too many clients out of the big deal and his employees were not taking care of things properly.  He is hiring other employees to help with the big deals. He then expressed to me that he doesn’t normally do house cleaning and does window cleaning. He wanted to cut me a deal for my window cleaning.  He kind of gave me the run around and it made me very weary to use him. He also told me he doesn’t want to work in my timeframe.

The crew was very detailed and cleaned everything. Did not have any complaints. Would love to hire every month!
