Mitchell Professional Window Cleaning

I have used him for 11 years and he will even use a ladder and he even goes above and beyond. He is super nice and helpful. He does excellent work and I would highly recommend him.

It was great! We've had Mitchell Professional Window Cleaning for 10 years now and they come twice a year, they're professional and friendly.

It went excellent, he came on time, very helpful and efficient.

We've been using them 9 years, the quality is still the same, price was reasonable, and they clean up after themselves.

He did a great job was there on time. he does the work himself. He does the windows inside and out. He was like $40.00- $50.00 dollars less than the next bid.

Great. Although he ran late, he contacted me several times to let me know and also that he was on his way.

Did not arrive before we left which was fine but none of the exterior lights, lamp post were cleaned nor the basement door and sidelights. Not sure why and never heard anything further. When we returned after 4 days, it had rained so windows not shiny and clean as had hoped. Not sure if strictly due to the rain or not as clean as I what I expected. Mr. Mitchell is VERY nice and personable and I am sure if I had contacted him, he would have clarified why things had not been done that I had asked.

Erick was very professional and did an excellent job. He even kept working in spite of a rain shower and finished everything in one day. We were very pleased with his work.

It went fantastic! But the best part was that Erick came back to "save" my windows for free. 2 weeks after the cleaning, some birds crashed onto and left smudges on the large picture window in our living room. I used an outdoor window cleaner to try to remove the smudges but instead I created horrible streak marks over all 6 windows in the living room. Erick came out and fixed it. I can't thank him enough as I was so worry about the outdoor window cleaner damaging the coating of the windows. Erick is simply the best!!!

Overall we were very impressed with Erick and Mitchell Window Cleaning.  He was prompt in returning my initial call to give me a quote and set up a date for cleaning.  The day of service he arrived promptly and completed the work in about 5 hours.  He was very detail oriented and the windows literally sparkled.  Prior reviews had mentioned he was willing to do anything requiring a tall ladder so we were prepared to ask him to hang a new outdoor clock for us, but he went beyond that and asked if there was anything else he could help with and he put in 2 new flood lights that were out in the front of our house.  The final cost of the window cleaning was also less than he originally anticipated and we greatly appreciated the honesty as he easily could have charged for the original quote.  We will definitely be using him again for future window cleanings!  Highly recommend!
