The technician from McCurdy did not do a thorough job. He tried talk to me about his faith, which I think is inappropriate. I found him to be very off-putting. Overall, it wasn?t a pleasant experience. I think McCurdy submitted false information to my home warranty company, and they were extremely unresponsive to my phone calls.

"Please note our plumbers no longer speak about faith to our customers. The warranty company expressed your concern and we have addressed this internally. We were completely unaware that this took place. It will not happen again. Per our agreement with the warranty company, we are to respond only to requests from the warranty company, not the home owner. I'm sorry this was not relayed to you by our representative or the warranty company. I'm not aware of any falsified warranty claims filed on our behalf. I will certainly look into this statement. It is our policy to bill our claims based on the agreement we have with the warranty company."
