Description of Work: We had a major plumbing issue, our house is on a concrete slab and our main drain pipe was completely collapsed and clogged and pretty much non existent. So our house was flooded with backed up water. I called dozens of plumbing company's and no one would take on the job except McCurdys Mechanical, specifically their service guy Jerry. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service he provided. He had to jackhammer up our whole hallway and our mechanical room. He continued to run into obstacle after obstacle and tackled each one with a smile. Jerry went above and beyond to get our plumbing repaired. I would recommend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreThe technician from McCurdy did not do a thorough job. He tried talk to me about his faith, which I think is inappropriate. I found him to be very off-putting. Overall, it wasn?t a pleasant experience. I think McCurdy submitted false information to my home warranty company, and they were extremely unresponsive to my phone calls.
Description of Work: Our home warranty company sent them out to perform a diagnostic on our bathtub.
