Roofing
I called Bill Harris Construction and I imagine that the company is under new ownership because Tony Matracia called me back from that number. Tony made an appointment with me but did not want to look inside the house. I found it odd that he did not want to see where it was leaking inside the attic. He told me that he did not want to be pulled in one direction or the other and could get a better first feel by only looking at the roof. Tony rescheduled on me once. He made it out and replaced two vent stack boots on the roof top. I was charged $99 dollars. He cleaned up nicely. However, the roof continues to leak in the same spot. I have called him 3-4 times now and left messages. He has not returned my calls. I know everyone is busy with the hailstorms but an existing customer that pays their bill might warrant at least a call back.
