WATER STILL LEAKING SLOWLY FROM LINE NEAR SHUTOFF VALVE. WAS TARDY DUE TO ILLNESS IN FAMILY. HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME HE COULDN''T DO JOB RATHER THAN SAY NOTHING AND NOT SHOW. HAD TO CALL TO SEE IF HE WAS STILL COMING OUT TO DO JOB.
