In June 2020, the A/C was not working. M & B told us we needed a control panel, which was not available for installation and had to be ordered. System was direct wired to run constantly in the interim. Fast forward several calls and months later with still no control panel, and we contacted M & B when the heat went out. The owner told us the job had been completed months ago. His version of the receipt copy that was left with us originally showed the installation of the panel which had not occurred. Warranty company had been billed for parts and labor that was never done. The definition of this is fraud. We ended up calling another company to evaluate the situation, and decided to replace the units.
