They showed up ahead of our appointment time and got right to work. They explained what they were doing and what needed done in the spring to start the system up again.

Scott Lindborg has been maintaining our irrigation system for several years. He does the spring start up with backflow testing, checks sprinkler heads and performs winterization during the fall. His prices beat the competitors that I have checked with, he arrives when he says he will and does a thorough job.

Scott is EXCELLENT to work with. He was very patient and accommodating to with our challenging (and multiple visit) project. We think he is the best in town!

I am very pleased with the responsiveness to my needs. Being a person that likes to do things myself, Scott Lindborg was willing to take me on as a client and help me in those areas where I need his talents. By being a small operation he can be more responsive. He called to see about scheduling the winterization, and called back to confirm, and then showed up and did a very thorough job. Hope to use him on a annual basis.

I left Scott Lindborg a voice mail that we would like our system turned on and a backflow test performed. A few days later he came to the house and did the work. We did not even need to be home. He submitted the backflow test to the water company in a timely manner. Very quick and easy service / transaction.

Went very well and smoothly. He did exactly what they asked him to do and informed them when the part was delayed coming in.

I like to support smaller companies that are managed and much of the work is done by the owner of the company. Sometimes Scott is busy and cannot return my call immediately, but I appreciate the work he preforms. I appreciate the personal service. I had a problem one time and he stopped by on a Saturday, took care of the minor issue within a minute or two, and did not even charge me. Most companies are so large they send workers out that do not care. Scott cares. I would recommend him to all.

They had an A grade of pricing on Angie's List but they were very expensive. I just didn't go with them because they had very high pricing.

Project went pretty well. We tried to coordinate our landscaping project completion with the installation of the irrigation system. There were a few snafu's with weather and a piece of rebar in our dirt which broke Lindborg's digging machine which delayed completion of the project, but Scott was very professional and did a great job - even offered to come and water our new plantings while he finished installation. The finished product is great. Scott was very conscientious and thoroughly walked us through the system upon completion. We were concerned about our new landscaping and mulch being disturbed, but Scott did a nice job of working around it and putting it back the way it was.

Scott returned the message I left in about an hour. He was able to come out a few days later to perform the repair (other companies told me it would be weeks before they could perform the repair - if they even called me back at all). He came out on the day promised and worked for 5 hours straight in 90 degree heat, digging up the damaged pipes and replacing. He did a great job and cleaned up after he was done. Based on his hourly rate and work performed, I would have expected the bill to be more than what he charged. I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to use him again. I have recommended him already to a number of friends.

Relandscaping resulted in having several irrigation heads in the wrong place. Scott moved them and did a great job, didn't tear up anything. I also use him for spring start-up and fall shut-down, and he is very reasonably priced.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT SCOTT LINDBORG AND HIS CO-WORKER HAVE DONE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE INSTALLATION IS OF HIGH QUALITY WITH VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE. AFTER THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED, SCOTT HAS FOLLOWED UP WITH US ON SYSTEM PERFORMANCE AND CAME BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS OF SPRAY HEADS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND LINDBORG IRRIGATION TO OUR FRIENDS.
