I worked with Matthew. Originally he missed the mold during the inspection but when I went back to him (14 months later) to let him know that we had a mold problem, he was sorry, and he paid to fix our mold remediation. I was very impressed by this.

Matt was the only one I called who answered his phone on a Saturday. He listened to me and asked questions about what exactly I was concerned about. Then he answered my questions so I had an understanding about what was going on and what the potential concerns and solutions were. He was very clear and helpful and wouldn't take any money from me since he hadn't come to the house. He is the first person I will turn to when I need a home inspection.

Matt was great to work with. He was recommended to us by our Realtor, and I'd recommend him to anyone! He really took his time and checked everything out, and was patient with all of our questions. In his report to us, he dedicated a page to each problem and specified what would need to be done to fix each thing and how serious/urgent each repair was. It's all very easy for me to read and understand, and a really useful tool as we look at our to-do lists now that we're in the house!

Inspector, Ron, was experienced and through. He was happy to answer any questions and went out of his way to investigate and answer my specific concerns on the property in addition to completing his standard checklist. The written reports were also good, with a detailed report included digital pictures of specific issues and a nice summary report for a synopsis. The investigator in particular identified a critical defective siding issue that was critical in the negotiation for the property and saved me considerable future complications and cost.

We were in a time crunch and he was able to fit us in the day after we called. He did a good job and had the report sent to us very quickly. After the homeowners made the repairs, he reinspected to make sure they were done satisfactorily. He pointed out that one of the repairs (fixing a finger joint in the window trim) had not been done very well so the homeowners had the contractor come out again.
