There is absolutely nothing that Kimberly didn't do for us.  She went outside the services most realtor/brokers would consider from wiping off counter tops, polishing a mirror, leaf blowing our multitude of decks, and even kept bathrooms pristine.  Appointments that we made to have professional contractors enter our home were kept by Kimberly.  Post showings she made sure the alarm was set, doors and windows were locked and lights properly set, and window treatments closed as we had requested.  On multiple occasions when the home was not properly secured she secured it.  Kimberly answered each of our e-mails and telephone calls in a timely manner, and during a most difficult period in her life with the loss of a family member she continued her communication.  Kimberly is one amazing professional and beyond that she is one truly amazing woman. Any individual who secures Kimberly as their representative/agent/broker will know that they hit the Lottery Jackpot.  Kimberly is personable, has a great sense of humor, leaves nothing to chance, attends to every detail, and totally represents her client in the client's best interests, with the client making the final determination on what they want and are willing to do.  In the 8 houses we have purchased and owned we have never experienced a realtor who was willing to work with us and for us as Kimberly did.  Kimberly could be doing anything she wants to in a career.  What we think she should do is open up a school for realtors/agents/brokers and others in the marketing and sales arena and teach them how to be successful in brokering a sale. She is without exception an exceptional woman.  Kimberly represented our interests and in the end we all are joyful and thankful for her in our lives, both Buyer and Seller.  On a humorous note:    Kimberly has a very professional voice and is direct and to the point when speaking with her.  When you first leave a message for Kimberly you might be surprised by the strength of her voice.  Behind that strong voice is a very strong and directed professional woman with a heart of pure gold.  Let her voice speak for you, her success for you is just a phone call away.  Thank you Kimberly!

I did meet with them and they did give us a quote on how much they would charge. I chose them because of the reviews on Angie’s List which lead us there. They seemed like they were well prepared and professional. They were ready to help us right away with selling the house. Their price was little on the high-end but not unreasonable. I have had my house on the market for just over 60 days. In terms of punctuality, they were right on time.

after having our home listed with another agent for 6 months. She was very
knowledgeable, familiar with the area and had made some suggestions as far as
staging and marketing to get our home sold fast. We had already relocated out
of state so the home was vacant for most of the showings. Kimberly had great
communication with us throughout the process, made suggestions to get our home
sold quick and routinely checked on the home for us. When we initially spoke
with her she mentioned that she normally does not take on a property that she
doesn?t think that she can sell within 90 days. We had a purchase agreement
within 38 days after she listed our home and it closed within 60 days! She really went above and beyond during
the closing process as well. She went to the house on our behalf for
contractors to repair some items and she even got out her paint brush to scrape
and paint the entire garage door frame when the appraiser decided it was
necessary one week prior to closing. Overall, Kimberly is an amazing, top-notch
realtor and works hard for and deserves all of the awards that she has been

She helped us get our home ready to list in less than two weeks. We had almost 30 showings in the first 4 or 6 weeks and this was over Christmas and New Years. Our home had an offer within 60 days and it was within 98% of our list price. She gave us great recommendations for a staging company and a painter which we used and were also very happy with.
