Morgan is honest and caring and follows through.  He is VERY conscientious and dependable. I was very lucky to have him as my realtor.

He’s communicated with me several times and keeps in touch regularly. He collects and deposits rent for me. Their pricing was exactly correct based on what was available on the market. His partner’s name is Kay Kamnyer. They were very good about getting other realtors in for an open house and lots of showings, probably 12 in 10 days. I’ve talked to many other people and their experience wasn’t anything like mine.

At first it was ok. We were looking for about 2-3 months. We tried to put offers in on a couple that we liked but were too late, or out-bid. After a while Kay made us feel like small potatoes. It became apparent that she had more important things to do. We had made an appointment to see other homes and she sent her assistants without telling us. After all if she had a conflict we could have rescheduled. She also did not come to closing. She sent her assistant, and we were missing a couple forms. There were things I should have known sooner too. I had asked repeatedly about the title and did not get an answer until it was time to close. I found out afterwards, from the neighbors that the home had been rented out before we bought it. I would think those are things you should know more than a day before closing. We got the house, and other than some minor things it's been great. I'm sure she's used to selling million dollar homes, and it felt like after a month or so she was tired of trying to help us find ours. There were things that weren't right about the second inspection she claimed to be there for. We didn't know about those problems until after closing. She offered to help get those things cleared up, but that never materialized. Definitely won't be letting Kay's group sell our house.
